Midsummers.
The time of year where all the rich gather to name some family rich royalty and all celebrate their money that they don't use for good causes.
As I've stated before I am not really into midsummers. Until this year.
Sarah and I took Isla and Wheezie dress shopping with us. It was a fun little fashion show but changing was making me all sweaty and tired so I eventually just picked the dress I felt most comfortable in.
And now today is midsummers.
The days since Rafe asked me flew by. We have been hanging out nearly everyday except for the past week because I promised the Pogues I would hang with them.
"You really need to come over here Bee we miss you" John b expresses over FaceTime "I promise I will I'm just dealing with Kook shit and Rafe and" "Bee, listen to me ok? Rafe is going to break you. He's just using you!" I stop doing my makeup and look at John b through the camera.
"Where the hell did this come from? You've literally been completely fine with it until now." "Have I been?" I furrow my brows "What the fuck are you talking about dude?"
"Did I ever explicitly say I was ok with you and Rafe dating or whatever the hells going on between you two?" "John b you're my best friend I support you when you're dating girls who have been complete dick heads to me. I didn't say a word to you, I kept my mouth shut because I wanted to see you happy! You should just be happy for me because I am happy!"
"Well if you didn't like the girls I was dating you could've said something and I would've dropped them" I sigh "But I didn't because it wasn't my place, I am your best friend all I ever want to do is see you happy can't you just be happy for me!"
