Chapter 17: Maximoff Twins
*3rd Person's POV*
(Thursday)
When the Avengers finally reached the tower, everyone immediately headed into their rooms to relax and take care of their subs, except for Steve, Clint, Bucky and Loki. They wanted to interrogate the pair before they relax. Loki and Bucky both insisted that they go with Steve and Clint, as they didn't want to be away from their doms, thanks to the effect of the gas.
The four of them walked down the hall, and entered the elevator to reach the holding cell floor. Thanks to Shield, some of their agents helped the Avengers take the twins to a holding cell. The girl had been emotionless, and looked defeated, her head tilted down and her dark brown hair covering her face. However, Pietro was much more difficult to manage. Though his powers had been restricted due to his cuffs, he was still quite quick and agile. He kept dodging and avoiding the agents' hold. "You won't get me," he said in his thick Sokovian accent, as he once again, avoided another agent. Eventually, Fury got impatient and pissed, so he ordered one of his agents to to tranquillise him. The girl had already been transported to the holding cell, so she didn't know what was going on.
"You won't-" Pietro's statement got cut off when he got shot with a sedative dart. He froze in place before collapsing onto the floor like putty, eyes shut and motionless, only his breathing could be heard. Then, two agents finally carried him to the cell, where the girl was extremely worried. She started pacing around, wondering if her brother would ever wake up. But she did calm down when an agent kindly told her that he was just being sedated as he was being difficult. She thanked him and just patiently waited for him to wake up.
"Okay, we're here. Are you all ready?" Steve asked, as they reached the floor. Everyone nodded, and they went in. They walked to the transparent cell and peered in. The girl was sitting on the floor cross-legged, her cuffed wrists in front of her, sitting on her lap as she stared at her brother who was laying on the floor, still sedated and motionless. "Let's go in," Steve motioned for everyone to enter the cell.
The four entered via an invisible door that was locked from the outside, so that people inside couldn't escape. When they entered, Agent Coulson locked the door behind them and reassured the Avengers that he would unlock the door after they were done.
"Hello, what is your name?" Steve asked gently, as not to scare the girl.
"W-Wanda Maximoff," the girl replied softly. "W-When will my brother wake up?"
"I'll wake him up now," Loki replied, as he performed a spell to wake Pietro up. He placed his hands on the boy's head, and green mist started flowing from his hands. And soon, the silver-haired boy woke up suddenly, sitting up, worry etched on his face. "Wanda, are you alright?"
"I'm fine, brother. Why were you being difficult, huh? They had to sedate you! Why did you make me worry, huh?" the girl started chiding her brother, and even tried to smack him on the head with her cuffed wrists. The boy apologised sheepishly and retorted back, "I'm 12 minutes older than you, you know?"
The Avengers watched them, amused. Clint had to stifle his laughter as he watched them interact. "Okay, next question, what classifications are you?" Steve proceeded to ask. This caused Wanda to go pale and look away, while Pietro just bit his lip.
"I'm a dominant," he replied and he too, like Bucky, had dog tags, where one of them read, "Dominant,". However, Wanda just refused to reply and was just looking out of the transparent cell. The Avengers decided to make this session a little more casual and less scary for them, so they too, sat down on the cool floor.
"Hey, its okay, sis. Just tell them, no one will judge you," Pietro reassured his sister as she sighed.
"I'm a submissive," she said in the smallest of voices and showed a small tag on her necklace that read, "Submissive,". The Avengers smiled at this.
"Great. So now, why did you two do what you did? Why did you cause fear and panic in the city?" Loki smiled sweetly at them, his tone sarcastic and full of hate. Especially for a particular silver-haired boy. Clint had to hold him back and place the god onto his lap to calm the raven-haired god down. Even with that, Loki couldn't help but bare his teeth at the boy, who smirked at Loki.
"And why should we tell you, huh?" Pietro shot back, his voice challenging.
"Pietro, please, don't. I can't anymore. I don't want to keep doing this. I hate to see people run away from us in fear," Wanda whispered to her brother, her head tilted down, eyes trailed on the floor. "I don't want to keep running, I want somewhere to stay, some place I can call home,"
Pietro spun around to face his sister. With his still restrained wrists, he brushed her hair and comforted her, "It's alright, Wanda. We will stop running, okay? I'll tell them everything, okay? We won't run anymore. We'll stay here," With that, Wanda nodded and soon fell asleep on her brother's lap as Pietro brushed his fingers through his sister's hair.
"I'll tell you why, only because of my sister," the silver-haired boy mumbled as he faced the Avengers. "Wanda and I were experimented on with the Infinity Stones, thats how we got super powers. Then, we were hired by Hydra, an evil organisation that wants to cause chaos in the world. They have asked us to throw these gas cylinders in different parts of the world, and in return, we get money. Our parents died when we were younger due to a car crash (I wanted to change it up a bit here. Also, Wanda is NOT Pietro's sub, their just siblings, and Petro is just looking out for his younger sister)."
"Okay, so this Hydra wants to cause chaos and fear in the world?" Steve asked, and the silver-haired boy nodded. "Alright. Now, we can't fully trust you now, so we'll leave you in this cell to rest, and we'll come back tomorrow when the other Avengers are feeling better."
"Sure. Can I have a pillow and blanket for my sister? She-" Petro started but Loki cut him off when he started conjuring two blankets and pillows for them. Pietro smiled and thanked the god, before the Avengers left the cell, leaving the two Sokovians rest in the holding cell.
