WALKING down the path walk of his very own empire gave me stunning power. Every employee automatically turned their gazes towards me. I know how beautiful I am more than these innocent beings.

"What do you want to know about this empire, babe?" he asked in a very low tone.

He was with me but I could feel his intimidating power towards his employees. Ryl Lorenzo Lawson's power was not a joke.

"Anything," I replied as I clung my arm around his arm.

"Be prepared, babe. You are going to meet various intimidating and manipulative people. Makakasalamuha mo rin ang mga babaeng humihiling na sana sila ang nasa posisyon mo ngayon," he said with the intent to brag.

If I were the impulsive Aeiryn Lez like before, I could have had cracked his neck in a blink of an eye for bragging in front of me.

Naglakad lang kami hanggang sa sapitin na namin ang isang malaking conference room. Maraming tao at mukhang naabisuhan sila sa pagdating namin.

"Be alert, babe. One of them must be the one who wants to get me killed," he whispered that made me smirked.

"Ryl, it's a basic knowledge to know that one of them is the one behind your threats. Don't worry, they won't harm you as long as I am around. Before they could even pull the trigger, they are already dead," I whispered back to him.

As we entered the room, we already caught their attention. Ang daming mapanghusga nang makita nilang naka-angkla ako sa braso ni Ryl but I didn't care. Shall I gouge their eyeballs out?

"Good afternoon, everyone," bati ni Ryl sa kanila at tumayo naman ang mga ito at yumuko sandali, saka bumati pabalik bago muling nagsiupo.

"So what is this meeting all about, Mr. Lawson?" said the woman with red lipstick. Walang kaaya-aya sa kaniya.

She looks dumb. She looks like someone who loves to spit nonsense but actually a bobo. Yeah, she emits that kind of vibes. She's neither a threat nor an enemy. Wala lang, nag-exist lang siya para maging bobo.

"Ms. Landicho, if you don't wanna be here, you can leave, Mr. Lawson doesn't need you anyway," said the guy in nerdy glasses who looked like Superman but without Lois Lane. Yeah, like my split ends, he was also dry.

"Enough of the commotion, Ms. Landicho and Mr. San Pablo. I asked for this meeting to formally introduce you my wife. As you all know, she spent almost all of her life in the US at doon din naman kami nagpakasal. Marami ang nagtatanong at naghahanap sa kaniya, so here she is, my wife, Aeiryn Lez Lawson," pakilala niya sa akin.

Kumalas ako mula sa pagkaka-angkla sa braso niya at naglakad patungo sa gitna. I walked with elegance and sophistication. I wanted them to feel that they would never rose above me. I was at the top. I always do.

"So you are the wife—"

"I never asked you to talk," I said cutting off that pabibong Ms. Landicho. "If you guys think that you can pull some strings through me so you can pinpoint Ryl's weakness,well you guys better think twice. I don't care who you are and I don't care what you are capable of doing. I don't know you guys, and you don't know me as well. Let's all act civil. Lastly, I am not friendly," I continued and I gave them a wink as I walked back towards Ryl.

"You heard her loud and clear? Now, let this meeting be adjourned. See you with your reports tomorrow," he instructed as he grabbed my waist and we walked out of the conference room together. "You're so intimidating, babe," he whispered to my ears.

"You know how intimidating I am, Mr. Lawson. Let me make you remember that tonight," I whispered back and I heard him laughed.

KUYA Aeignn's frown welcomed us as we both entered Phyrric. I could feel it that he didn't like Ryl—thoug they never liked any man I ever introduced to them. When I say them, all the seven grenades; kuya Ayler, kuya Ayce, kuya Axel, kuya Leik, kuya Laeven, kuya Aeignn, and Aeidan.
