Today was a long, tiring, and unproductive day. Have you even had one of those days where you felt like it seemed long and you were exhausted, but nothing really came out of it?

Unlike me, today was a long and tiring, but productive day for Emma. She had found someone. She had planned her next day.

Did I find someone? No idea.

What was I going to do the next day? No idea.

When I was about to fall asleep, my phone vibrated and the screen flashed, lighting up my dark room.

Unknown: hey Alex are you asleep

Me: who r u

Unknown: its Niall

Me: how do u have my #

Unknown: what do u think

Me: were u stalking me

Unknown: haha no way

Real or not, I saved his number.

Me: then how

Niall: liam duh

Me: how did he know my #

Niall: r u kidding me Alex

Me: no?

Niall: i asked emma duh

Me: oh

Stupid Alex. Freaking Emma.

Niall: do u have plan for tmr

Me: no not yet

Niall: wanna hang out?

Me: with you?

Niall: who else duh

Please stop duh-ing me.

Me: uh ok

Niall: hahaha was just surprised thank you

Just like that, we talked for the next five minutes before we tired our eyes out by staring at bright screens. I wanted to ask for Liam's number, but I was afraid to get rejected, as if it was something really important to me. After I told him my address, he said he would pick me up. But, he insisted on surprising me with the location of our "hang-out."

Like a gentleman.

Today wasn't that bad of a day after all, I think.
