In Another Maze(Minho x Reader x Newt)

Chapter Five

I woke up and started my day. I showered, brushed my teeth, fixed my hair, and then went to the kitchen to eat. I have been in the Glade for two months now and today is the day a new greenie comes in.

Kassie wrapped her arms around me hugging me. I hugged her back and smiled. "Happy Two months strawberry!"  I giggled. "Happy two months Lavey. I can't wait for tonight. We're going to our tree after I come back from running alright?" Kas slicked her hair to the side.

Newt and Minho sat across from Kas and I smiled at them. The builders had used the trees to carve crutches for Newt to walk around.

"Hey you girl shanks. It's nice to see happy Y/n. I'm glad you're feeling better." Minho grinned at me as he ate. Newt threw a pebble at Minho then winked at me. I giggled at him.

"The hell was that for?" Minho glared at Newt. "Your manors Minho. Say thank you to Fry." Newt pouted. Kas bursted out laughing with me.

"I love you dummies." I looked all of them in the eyes. Minho and Newt slightly blushed. Kas smirked.

"But you love me the most right?"
"Yes of course! You're my best friend."
"Yesssss."

Kas stood up and wiggled her butt around. I stood up and followed her moves. Minho and Newt and a few other boys clapped and some boys joined us. We stood on the table dancing and then Nick came in.

Kas winked at him "Come on Nicky! Dance with us!" Nick smirked and stood on the table with us. He took Kassie's left hand and intertwined his fingers with hers and then put his other hand on her hip and they waltzed around.

The entire Glade was dancing and having a good time then all of a sudden a loud horn went off.

Everyone ran to the Box while I walked with Newt. "You don't have to stay behind, you know? I know I only delay you." He frowned at me. I looked him in the eye and smiled and pointed at my arm. "We experienced it together. It's our scars we share and I made a promise that I intend to keep Newt." 

I put my hand on his shoulder then rubbed his cheek. "Heh thanks Y/n...You're pretty- cool!" Newt said with a hesitation.

We finally arrived at the Box a few minutes later. Gally looked at me, "It's another girl Y/n. I think you and Kas should help her." Gally gave me a glare with a slight grin. I nodded then jumped in the Box and Kas jumped in after me.

I squatted down to where the girl was laying down. I tapped her shoulder and she suddenly jumped up and punched me in the nose. I reacted quickly and slapped her across the face.

" Sore wa nani no tamedeshita? (What was that for?)" She frowned. "You hit me dumbass."  I moved my hand to expose my bleeding nose.

"Nani? (what?)" She crawled backwards against the metal Box wall.

"Wait english?" I looked at Kas then at the girl. "Ummm..where's Newt?" I yelled at the boys. Newt then approached the Box and looked down at us.

"Yes love?" He smirked at me and I giggled. "Newt this girl is speaking in Japanese. Could you communicate with her please?" I gave him puppy dog eyes. He nodded then slowly was helped down into the Box. I held his shoulder and he held mine so he could stand  up.

"Kon'nichiwa watashi wa imoridesu. Daijōbudato ī nodesuga.(Hello I am Newt. I hope you are alright.)" Newt Grinned at the girl.

"Wakarudeshou? Akari desu. Watashi o hirateuchi shita on'nanoko wa daredesuka, soshite naze kanojo wa watashi o hirateuchi shita nodesu ka? (You understand? I'm Akari. Who is the girl and why did she slap me?)" She stated.

Newt then chuckled to himself and replied "Are wa Y/n desu . Kono hito ga watashi no kanojoda. (That is Y/n. She is my girlfriend.)" He smirked at the girl. She flexed her hair then sight "Gomen ne.. Kanojo o nagutte gomen nasai.(I'm sorry. I'm sorry I hit her.)"
