In Another Maze(Minho x Reader x Newt)

Chapter Two

"Y/n it's okay. Mommy's here" A gentle voice echoed through my head.

I opened my eyes to see some brown and some light colors. I sat up with my head pounding. I touched my forehead and yelped as there was some pain when I put pressure on it. I looked around to see I was in some sort of shack. I could see a small table with a chair and papers and other things on it.

I looked to my left and Saw Strawberry and some boy with dark skin watching her.

"Thanks Kassandra, I hope you feel better soon." He patted her arm and stood up leaving the room.

I saw that she also had a bandage on her head, and she also had a lot of scratches. I looked at myself to see my right arm bandaged up as well and I had scratches.

I Sighed then heard "Lavey you're up?!?!?" I looked to see Strawberry to see her smiling.

"You were out for two weeks. I was worried you wouldn't wake up..." she frowned.
I grinned. "Don't worry, I'm up now." I reassured her. "By the way I think I remembered my name?" I rubbed my thumbs together.

"OH, WHAT'S YOUR NAME!? MINE IS KASSANDRA BUT I THINK I PREFER KAS OR KASSIE!" Kas exclaimed with an excited tone.

"It's- It's Y/n... I remembered dreaming of somebody's voice." I laughed nervously.

"Aww that's so pretty and it suits you but i'll still call you Lavey." Kas clapped her hands together.

I smiled "So who was that person talking to you? He thanked you then left."

"Oh him, that's Jeff, a med-jack of this place. He took care of us while we were in a coma." Kas said while she slicked back her hair carefully.

"You trust him? Is he trustworthy?" I frowned. "Yes, he is and so are the other people. Heh, when I woke up, I screamed because one of them was looking at me. It was Nick, he brought me food every day and I honestly think that he isn't so bad after all. He said that there are at least 18 people here now with us included. He said that everyone here has to do some sort of job but because we got badly injured, we have to wait. While you were asleep, I also met a few guys named Newt, Minho, Zart, Ben, George, Winston, and Gally." Kas explained with a hope coming out from her voice.

"All of them have been here for 8 months and this place- It's the middle of nowhere in a huge maze. They don't know why we are here, but they know that we should work together. I agree with them too. You and I should stick together the most since we have no clue if there will ever be any other girls." She grinned at me.

I reached out my hand to her sticking out my pinky. "Pinky promise I'll stay with you, Strawberry." I chuckled. She sighed then wrapped her pinky around mine. "Pinky promise to be friends until the very end, Lavender?" She looked me in the eyes. "Pinky promise to the very end." I smiled then stood up to hug her but ended up falling down.

"Ooh shuck that must hurt." A deep, husky voice said. I looked to see an Asian boy in a blue-collar shirt with brown pants and black shoes standing in the doorway.

"Well, if it isn't my favorite Asian boy Min min." Kas smirked. Minho rolled his eyes. "Nice to see you too Ya ugly shank." He winked at her then turned to me. "Hey greenie, I see you've taken a ugly beating. You lost a lot of blood from that fall to be honest. But the scars will make you look like one hell of a badass." He winked at me then helped me back on to the bed.

"Thank you, I guess? I'm not Greenie though. I'm Y/n." I said with confidence.

"Y/n huh? Thats cute. You could also be a runner based on how fast you run." He scratched the back of his head grinning, but I was confused. "What's a runner?" I questioned him.
