Luke picked up the phone and asked the girls if they knew who owned it. Nobody admitted that the device was theirs so he decided to keep it in his pocket. He is hoping that maybe, one time, he could return it.
The unexpected and instant "meet-and-greet" continued for about fifteen minutes until the fans slowly decreased in number and finally, went back to their business.
"Man, I couldn't help but feel bad for the girl shouted by one girl earlier! Like, how if she is crying now at home, thinking about how arrogant and big-headed we are?" The wash of guilt and worry consumed the four lads as Michael said those words. Especially Luke, since he was the one holding the unknown girl's phone.
"Look," He said holding up the gadget, "I know it belongs to her, I-I couldn't find her in the crowd so I just took it."
Michael's eyes widened, "What?! And now she may be looking for it somewhere!"
"Well, nobody knows why she threw the phone in the first place." Calum nodded.
Luke turned the phone on, but unfortunately, it is locked. With a four-digit pin, it would be opened.
He frowned and told the boys, "Ugh. It needs a password."
Ashton took the phone from Luke's hand and tried 5-6-0-6. It didn't work, which made him wonder. What could it be if it wasn't related to the band?
They tried using their initials, but sadly the attempts did not work.
Sighing, Luke kept the phone in his back pocket and they resumed walking.
The four boys decided to drop the issue.
"So... where do you guys plan to go?" Ashton asked, taking a bite from a chocolate bar. Where did that thing come from?
"Hmm, why don't we prank the other hotel rooms and see if they go mad-ape on us?" Michael suggested with excitement.
Calum intervened, "Wouldn't that be dangerous?" He looked at the other boys, "One, when we prank the other rooms, considering that this hotel might have CCTVs, we could be thrown out of this building!"
"Oh come on," Michael rolled his eyes, "What's bad in having a little fun?"
"Fine."
---
Michael lead the boys to the rooms. "What room first?"
"2111?"
"Let's go!"
"Look, look. There is a doorbell in each of the doors. The task is to ring them and see how they will react. Got it?" He instructed.
Luke insisted, "I'll go first!"
They went up to the oak door of Room 2111. Carefully, he clicked on the doorbell. It produced a single sound. Silence followed.
As they waited for response, three boys hid in a corner to avoid getting found. Seconds and minutes had passed and they got nothing. Maybe the room was human-free?
"This is really boring! I told you." Calum grumbled.
"It's just starting." Came a voice from nowhere.
