Calum, standing in the doorway, mimicked the boys' reaction, clutching his stomach after because of laughing. "Guys, you must have seen your faces! Hilarious!"

He walked inside, still laughing and approached the boys who are still wearing the same expressions from earlier. Twirling the box of pizza in his hand, he gently placed it in the living room table and opened it. He sat, cross-legged.

The boys looked at each other in horror. "What's wrong with you? Hello, It's Calum here. I brought pizza and if you guys are not planning to take a slice then I'll just eat it on my own." He urged, but unfortunately, he got no reaction.

Calum scratched his neck, "GAH!", he stomped, making his way to the room he and Michael share . Before he could hold the door knob, Luke ran and blocked him.

The dark-haired lad groaned, "A while ago you guys won't talk yo me and now you're stopping me to go to my room?"

Calum tried to move Luke away from his position but the taller boy held Calum's shoulders in place. The look of confusion and annoyance are present across Calum's face.

"Cal, don't go inside. Please."

"Why?" Luke released Calum.

"Just..." he tried to find words to say, "...don't."

Calum rolled his eyes, "Oh, come on! I have to change clothes. Do you want me to stink all day?"

"Not that, Cal. Just ... letmecheckfirst." Luke blurted nervously and ran into Calum's room, leaving the boy dumbfounded.

No! This isn't possible! He even talked to me a while ago! Luke's mind shouted.

He frantically searched inside the room. Luke was very determined to find out why such things have to work this way. Why, in every room, it has to happen in here.

The boy carefully but nervously twisted the knob to the bathroom, ready to unlock whether his eyes are just fooling him, or mysterious things really happened right infront of his eyes.

He expected Calum - or fake Calum - to surprise him. But none showed up.

Disappointedly, he turned his head and saw that Calum was already inside the room with his arms crossed. His heart stopped for a milisecond.

"And what are you expecting, secret agent Luke? Found anything, Sherlock?"

Luke shook his head and looked at the ground ashamed, "I'm sorry." The  he went outside and slammed the door.

He chose to ignore the hurt. He kept reminding himself that he's only thinking of this because of fatigue. His footsteps echoed as he made his way to his and Ashton's room.

Sooner, he closed his eyes and let darkness swallow him.
