Eagerly trying to find Sebastian, my legs just kept racing and pushing through this entire building. I felt awful for mentioning him and Madison's problems like that.

But when he stormed away from me I didn't know what to think. It was like when he touched me, it was more than just anger and hurt...it was something else. Something more. Something I couldn't just quite define. Then again, every time his hands were somewhere on my body it just ignited like never before.

"Sebastian!" I tried to call out through the crowd and noise. Nothing. It was worth a try.

As I continued looking for the only man on my mind right now, I then heard someone else.

"Lexi!" London called out.

I stopped in my tracks abruptly as she then came behind me from our booth. Now wasn't the time. I had to let her know I had go somewhere first before I took anymore request or needs.

"London, I'm sorry I have to do something! I can't-" I tried to make out.

She giggled and shook her head. "Uh huh, I don't think so. I just left Jason so I can actually breathe for a minute, but I suggested for him to take you on a walk outside or something to talk. He's been looking for you." She told me.

"Well it gets hard to find me when he seems very intrigued by you..." I trailed off shrugging.

"Oh all guys are! I'm a hot commodity but I'm sure he's just trying to connect with me before he gets close to you. It's a classic way to do so in the dating handbook." She replied. I smirked. That what I thought too. I thought I was wrong though.

"London, I'll be back then! I really just have to-" I started to say.

She then shook her head and grabbed my hand and dragged me back to our table.

"Come on! You can do other things after you get your man! Let's go!" She excitedly said.

I sighed and nodded looking around still not seeing Sebastian anywhere yet. Might as well.

Once we made it back to the table and booth, Jason then smiled and glanced to me. Nice to know he knew I was at least still here.

"Lexi! Hey! I've looking for you!" He told me. I smiled shyly.

"Well, I was just in the same spot you left me before." I uttered.

He cleared his throat and apologetically grinned. "Right. Sorry about that. I just wanted to look good for first impressions. I guess I'm completely striking out though huh?" He then asked.

I shrugged not even sure how to answer that fully. "Uh, why were you looking for me?"

"I was hoping I can make it up to you if you'd like to accompany me on a walk. I heard it's pretty cool outside for LA weather right now." He said standing up hopefully.

I stared at him carefully as I turned to London who smiled and nodded eagerly. I nodded hesitantly. "Uh sure..." I could only answer.

Jason sighed in a sense of relief as he then held out his hand for me to take, as I did so but missing the touch of Sebastian's hands on mine. This was a good feeling too but not at all as vibrant and blissful as that felt.

Leading me away, I could hear London squealing excitedly for me before rushing off to talk to some friends who were practically waiting all night for her to even utter one word.

Now this was it. Me and Jason alone together. Just what we needed. I had to get some answers.

"Enjoying your night so far?" I asked him. He nodded.
