The Return of Toad Liu Hai

"Emilie, I understand you being upset at Glomgold for trying to use Izzy's ability to predict the future, but did you have to tell him his mother should of dropped the egg he was in after she laid it?"asked Gladstone as he, and Emilie walked hand in hand down the sidewalk.
"Yes."said Emilie.
"Seriously?You made him cry.And what-else was that you told Glomgold?"
"Meesa masheea. It's Yiddish for I hope you die a horrific death."
"And you couldn't say that in English because?"
"It's ruder to insult somebody in a language that they don't know."
"Well,don't do any of those things if somebody wants to take advantage of my luck."
"What about committing acts of violence against them?"asked Emilie.Gladstone suddenly looked concerned.
"What kind of childhood did you have to think something like that?"Gladstone asked worriedly.
"Hey,a Chinese themed ice cream shop!"
"I think you're dodging the question.Wait,why would an ice cream shop be Chinese themed?"said Gladstone.The only reason he could think of an ice cream shop being Chinese themed was because Toad was here, and after him, and his luck.
"Gladstone?Gladstone?"said Emilie. "Are you okay?"
"Oh-oh,yeah.I'm fine."said Gladstone.But it was obvious from Emilie's face that she didn't believe him.
"Why don't we go home?"suggested Emilie.She sounded worried, and Gladstone didn't like that.Emilie always ignored her own needs when she was worried about someone.But before either one of them could do anything green chains came out of the ice cream shop, and latched on to them which dragged them in.
"Oh no."said Gladstone when he saw who dragged them in.Toad Liu Hai.
"Hey,a giant frog!"said Emilie.
"I'm a toad!"said Toad. "Toad Liu Hai to exact.I'm sure you know why I'm here Mr.Gander." Emilie suddenly looked at Gladstone.
"He kept me prisoner in a casino in Macaw for months to feed off my natural good luck."explained Gladstone.Gladstone suddenly wished he hadn't said anything.
"You big tub of lard!" Emilie yelled at Toad while hitting him.Toad simply picked Emilie up by the chain attached to her, and brought her to eye level.
"Nyah!Nyah!Nyah!"said Emilie as she swung her arms at Toad.Toad preceded to drop her on the floor.
"As I saying,I'm sure you know why I'm here Mr.Gander."continued Toad.
"To take me back to Macaw, and feed off my good luck."suggested Gladstone.
"Actually,both of you.Any woman who can win the heart of the luckiest man must be as lucky as him."
"Wait.How did you know we were dating?"asked Emilie letting her defenses down,at least for now.
"You didn't think I would be willing to give up something so lucky did you?"answered Toad.
"Wait,have you been stalking me?!"asked Gladstone completely shocked.
"That's creepy!"said Emilie. "Your creepy!Your a creepy creeper!"
"No, I have not been stalking you Gladstone. I have been just been waiting to regain my strength to go after you, and take you back to Macaw.And it depends on your definition of 'creepy'.You two becoming a couple while I was binding my time forcing me to take you along with Gladstone isn't 'creepy'.It's an unfortunate circumstance Ms.Duckman."
"Well,we're not going!"said Emilie with her arms crossed.
"Is that so?"smirked Toad.
"Yeah!"
"What about you Mr.Gander?"
"Well, I don't want to go."said Gladstone.
"I'm afraid neither one of you have a choice."said Toad.
"I challenge thee to a duel of honor!"shouted Emilie while throwing down an imaginary flag.
"A duel of honor?What kind?A game of Dungeons and Dragons?Or something similarly nerdy?"mocked Toad,barely able to hold in a laugh.
"Hey!She may be a nerd,but she's my nerd!"insisted Gladstone.
"How precious, and sickening at the same time."said Toad. "Fine,I'll do your stupid challenge thing."Suddenly a small rotating table with ten brown bags on it materialized out of nowhere.Emilie, and a reluctant Gladstone went towards it.
"In nine of these bags are unspeakable evils,which if your hand hits it,not only would you be afflicted with it,but you, and your boyfriend will be mine forever.But if you get the only one with nothing under it I will let you both go."explained Toad.
"And you have to watch Twilight movies for all eternity!"added Emilie.
"You monster.But fine."
Soon the table began to spin.Gladstone clung onto Emilie,rather out of fear of being imprisoned by Toad forever,or hope his good luck will help Emilie he didn't know.Suddenly the table stopped.Emilie raised her hand.She was nervous,very nervous.This bag could determine her, and Gladstone's future.Determine rather something bad happened to her.
"Scared?"Toad's voice suddenly came.Emilie suddenly dropped her hand.There was nothing in the bag.
"Ha!In your face frog!"bragged Emilie.
"I'm a toad!"snapped Toad.Gladstone took a deep sigh of relief.
"Don't care!We're free!And you-have to watch an eternity of Twilight movies!"
"Fine!Go!"said Toad as he snapped his fingers. "Don't know what Gladstone sees in someone like you."
"Bye Toad!"said Emilie when she,and Gladstone were outside. "Don't get into any online debates!"
"You're enjoying this victory way too much."said Gladstone before kissing Emilie.
"That was for making sure Toad doesn't come after me again."said Gladstone after he kissed Emilie on the lips,then he smacked her on the side of her head.
"And that was for scaring me with the thought of being imprisoned by Toad forever!"Gladstone snapped.
"But I didn't insult him in Yiddish."said Emilie with a smile.
"True,you didn't."said Gladstone as he grabbed her hand. "Let's go home."
