Chapter 12: Now Theirs

After contacting the family that owned the hidden underground base. They decided they'll build a new one where they live right now. But they hid the fact they ate some chocolate..

"Aw yeah, this is gonna be epic! I'll finally have a room of my own" chuckled Sean

"No! I will have that room" argued Belle

Both were barking and squeaking, Nico decided to intervene

"Guys guys! It's a pretty big base so living alone will be kinda terrifying"

"You're right" Both then agreed to share the room or base.

The family came in their past neighborhood they called in some helpers to help collect their goods. But they were still terrified at the fact there was a human skeleton in one of the containers. It took hours for them to take out every single one. After it was finished, they were then thanking George for reminding them about the base. But the underground base was now theirs..

George decided to seal the hatch that was the sidewalk tile. Called in his scientist friends to help them connect the base to their house. The neighbors were kind of jealous, but they can't do anything since were the ones who decided to take the place. The process took them an entire day to complete. Sean, Belle, and Nico were tired of waiting, though they finished already when they came out.

"Wow Sir George, it's finished already!" Nico said

"Yes, though thanks to our high technology equipment, the process took shorter. If we used normal equipment, it would have taken 2 days to complete"

They were so happy, they could finally use the underground base. Though they forgot one thing that they will have to do themselves, decorating.

"Ugh I never knew this could be so difficult"

They moved their stuff from one place to another. George thought it was a great idea to divide the base into sections to minimize the extra space. The way from George's house and the underground base is a 30 second walk so they were fortunate that the base wasn't that far, otherwise this would've taken ages.

Soon after a few hours, they were finally finish and all take a moment to admire their work. Nico's section was his bed, food bowl and water bowl and a laptop for Nico to do work. The same goes to Belle and Sean although instead of laptops, they were toys. George's section was just for his extra equipment and materials. They had a mini fridge for them to suit themselves. Nico insisted that instead of George doing it, he will be the one serving Belle and Sean's food, which George ended up agreeing.
