Chapter 15 (Final Chapter): Chuck and William

    Nico laid in bed, nothing to do. Boredom struck the room. It was annoyingly silent. Nico didn't know what else to do. Until, a lightbulb appeared over his head. 'What if I had my friends over? Yeah! That would be great!' Nico thought to himself.

    'Though, I don't think sir George would approve of that.. Maybe I could meet them somewhere'

    Nico jumped out of his cat bed. "Where are you goin'?" Asked Sean.

    "Outside, you can come with me if you like. I mean, you will actually come with me since we're literally struck with boredom"

    "Haha, you knew.. C'mon Belle, let's head out" Belle excitedly nodded.

    "Where are you guys going?" Asked George

    "Can we head out? We're really bored George.." said Sean

    "Hmm, well, okay then. Just be safe, alright?"

    "Okay!" Shouted the three animals

    "So, where are your other friends?" Questioned Sean

    "Well, they actually live everywhere near the school campus. Jumping from tree to tree"

    "Are they squirrels?"

    "Yes, they are"

    "Ooh! I like squirrels!" Shouted Sean

    "Well, you are a dog.."

    They reached the outside of the school, Nico called out the names 'Chuck' and 'William'. Two squirrels came out the nearby tree.

    "Oh, hey Nico!"

    "Sup Nico"

    "Hey guys! These are my other friends, Sean and Belle"

    "Oh no.. a dog.."

    "Don't worry about him, he's trying his best not to pounce on you.."

    "Yes.. but I can't keep on resisting though.."

    "So, wanna go into our secret base?"

    "Secret base?" Questioned the three

    "Yeah, none of the other squirrels here now that we have a secret base, well, besides Chuck and me." Nico, Sean, and Belle followed the two squirrels. They were lead to a fallen big old tree. 

    "Your 'secret base' is here?"

    "Nope, that's where we store our nuts"

    "Our secret base is the trunk!" The started to dig through the pile of leaves, revealing a hole behind it. Inside were a couple of unfinished nuts, leaves, and a box of matches which seems to be used as chairs.

    "It's pretty nice in here. Considering you just used a couple of leaves and match boxes.."

    "Well, we do have a couple of other fruits in our storage log"

    "Chuck, stop with your horrible puns.."

     "Oh I William stop."

     "Bruh"

    "Is this your real home?"

    "Nope, our real home is nowhere close here"

    "That explains it.." Just then, Chuck threw a walnut at William, which was Chuck's first mistake. Let's just say that a food fight happened right after.

     They joked and laughed all through the day. They waved bye and watched the two squirrels jumped from tree to tree. Will they find their real home? Who knows..
