Chapter 8: Swimming with the Fishes

In the morning, Nico, Sean, and Belle were near the lake. "I wonder what's like to swim with the fishes" said Belle. "Me too" answered Sean. Nico was in thinking, will he swim in the water? Or be the same to most cats do.

Nico didn't even licked himself when he started living in George's house. A moment later, he got splashed with water. "Oops, sorry Nico" said Sean, but Nico didn't flinch. Wet fur for a cat is extremely uncomfortable, and heavier than dry.

Nico then went near the water, as both Belle and Sean were fascinated by how Nico can tolerate water. He then went deeper in, as Nico splashed Sean back. "Haha! That was good! You ready?" Yelled Sean. As they were splashing water among themselves. Suddenly, something touched Sean's paw. As he looked down, a school of fish were surrounding them.

Nico had immediately caught one with his paw, the fish yelled out "Hey, let go of me!" Nico did what the fish said and it swam away. As he looked to Sean, he was further away from the shore. Sean then delve underwater. Nico was curious, as he too delve underwater. Both Nico and Sean were swimming around as they followed many schools of fish.

After they've finished, George sighed as he saw Nico all wet. "Nico, this water isn't gonna dry for a while" George said, but Nico didn't really mind it. As they went to dry themselves, they then feasted on their food.

Yet again, Nico looked up to the moon. As he wondered, "What else can I do that cats normally can't?"
