EVER SINCE LIA and Joshua had broken up, the blonde had kept her distance from Olivia as their kiss replayed in her mind on repeat. Her gut twisting within her as she felt as if she was to blame.
She knew that when it came to love she was never in the right, constantly hurting those who surrounded her out of pain and fear that she'd be hurt first. So it was never a surprise when Lia ran from Olivia from the second time, terrified to truly let her in.
"Lia, you cant always run from things that scare you." Rue comforted as she sat within Faye's lap, the manic pixie girl had her arms wrapped around her girlfriend.
"If I wanted your opinion I would've asked." Lia groaned as she tapped her pen against desk, a blank notebook in front of her as her clouded mind tried to thing of lyrics for her song.
Her friends only rolled their eyes at her behavior, knowing no amount of advice could save her from herself. The ignorance in the blonde running deep inside.
Dozens of missed calls and unread texts filled her phone, all of them from Olivia practically begging for an answer for her disappearance.
Faye groaned as she lifted Lia's phone from the bed, the couple spinning within a desk chair as the pixie girl spoke, "I thought you told her you don't want to hurt her again? If anything it seems like you love causing her pain." She was aware of how much that could hurt Lia, the girl giving her friend tough love till she became aware of her actions.
The blonde continued to block out their voices, writing her song in peace as the couple groan at the blonde's ignorance, knowing the two will never get through to her.
