Since Lia no longer hung around Rue and Faye anymore, she found herself intruding on Persephone and Noel's relationship. The girl thirdwheeling all their 'dates' and just being a huge cockblock.
"Nothing bad ever happens to the Kennedys!" Lia exclaimed at dinner after that three of them went on a JFK tangent all from Persephone getting a birthday card with his photo as the stamp.
Tables started to peer over, wondering what jackass was acting like this at a fancy restaurant. The blonde payed no mind to them, continuing to be as loud and obnoxious as she wanted to be.
"Lee, you're going to get us thrown out." Persephone laughed, snorting slightly as she couldn't contain herself. Her form had fallen on the ground, lettuce still in the prongs as she had let go of the silverware during her moment.
Lia just shrugged, not caring too much if they were kicked out or not. If anything it would make their night a lot more interesting.
"Oh!" Persephone exclaimed as she placed her linen napkin on her lap to protect her outfit, the girl having more manners than Lia ever could have. In a way she was jealous of Seph, though the two were alike in many ways there was so many differences that lingered between them. Lia couldn't speak any other language than english, Seph could speak five of them. Lia could only sing, Seph was a tripple threat. "I wanted to know if you wanted to move in with me?"
Lia was hesitant at first, not sure if she could leave her cousins alone while her aunt had such long shifts at the hospital, or if she would be capable of not dirtying up another persons space.
"But of course i'll give you time to decide that. I know you haven't moved out yet and I was in need of a roommate anyways!" She smiled as she used her other fork to eat her salad, her tattoo fingers filled with gold rings as she drank her soda.
Lia nodded understandingly, the three of them continuing to talk the night away.

When Lia said she was going to think about moving in with Persephone, it was more so she was going to dwell on it for an hour or two and impulsively decided to settle down in her apartment.
So there was the three friends moving Lia's things into the empty room until ultimately deciding to go to a bunch of stores for furniture and other decor. They spent hours fooling around in the store, Noel pushing every boundary that the workers had in place as well at Lia.
Persephone ignored their childish antics, filling the shopping cart with things she knew Lia would love. Things were all going good! That is until the shopping cart had ran into another shopper, Seph's eyes widening as she realized who it was.
Olivia Rodrigo.
Lia had put the pool noodles down finally after her fight with Noel, laughing as she ran over to her friend to see what she was up to. Her heart dropped when she saw her ex girlfriend in front of them. The brunette giving them an awkward laugh and smile while waving to them.
"What's happening? Why did you guys sto-" Noel had stopped talking. The four teenagers silent as if they were all deers in a headlight. "Oh this is fucking awkward."
Persephone had elbowed him, muttering for him to be quiet, "Oh, Noel! I just remembered i'm all out of dog treats!"
"You don't even have a dog?"
She had let out a sigh of annoyance, grabbing his hand as she pulled him to an isle far away from the girl as she let out a drawn out "Ohhhh." In realization to what she was doing.
It had been almost two months since they had last seen each other, or even spoke. Only awkward interactions in comments and liking their photos so fans wouldn't be too suspicious of their inactivity.
"It's been awhile!" Olivia started, swaying back and forth slightly as anxiety fueled her body. She never imagined running into her ex today, or ever to be honest. "What have you been up to? Are you doing well?"
Lia shrugged, avoiding her eye contact as she couldn't handle to see the person who had finally hurt her the way she hurt others, "I've just been getting things ready for my next album and am moving in with Seph." The blonde motioned to the cart, not bothering to ask Liv about what she's been up to.
It hurt too much to know that peoples lives didn't end after leaving you in the past. It hurt knowing that people go on about their days and are fine while your life was crashing down, all at once. That no matter how much you try to escape the pain and sorrow you'll never be able to outrun it, it'll haunt you for years with nostalgia and bumping into those who hurt you.
"I've got to go, Perse and Noel need my help."
"With dog food?"
Lia laughed awkwardly, nodding her head slightly as she hit her lip down, "Yeah! You get it. Can be such a pain find the brand Stella eats!"
There was no Stella. She just wanted to leave.
She turned her back from the girl she had love for, beginning to push the cart in the opposite way before being stopped by Liv's voice.
"It was nice to see you again."
God, how this girl knew how to hurt people. Lia just wanted to drop to her knees, screaming and crying for things to go back to what they once were. But she held it together, turning her head back around with a twisted smile, "You too!" Her words were choked out between holding back her cries and vomit, the blonde picking up her pace as she left her ex standing in the isle of the store watching her flee.
Persephone looked up at the girl, her and Noel sitting on the floor as they actually looked for dog food. "Turns out Noel is thinking about getting pup! Isn't that just so cute?!" The girl gushed from below, holding Noel's face in her hands as she shook him slightly before smiling at him and getting up, "Plus i'm thinking of getting a cat now! I have been for the past few months but first I needed a roommate to split the rent with!"
Lia laughed as she helped Noel up from the ground, turning back around towards Persephone, "That would be great! Maybe after we order and pay for everything we could stop by the shelter?"
Persephone gasped, nodding her head frantically as she bounced in her spot in happiness, her gabbing her soon to be boyfriends hand as he matched her energy.
