Episode 6: Dark past comes back.

In the Sklin office, Mr. and Mrs. Kim were on the call with Choi. There were obviously stressed and scared.

Choi OTP: Your daughter was small at that time. So she was not much fun. Now she has grown up- *Mr. Kim cuts him off and speaks*
Mr. Kim: We gave you the money for this month right? Why are you calling now? What do you want??
Mr. Choi: It's simple. I want shares of your company. *Mr. and Mrs. Kim looks at each other in disbelief*
Mr. Kim: What the hell are you talking about?! We ARE paying you money right?
Mr. Choi: I heard your daughter is getting married? Then I should probably let the Mins know that Soonae is not what they think-
Mrs. Kim: *tears* Please don't destroy our daughter's life!
Mr. Choi: Then do as I say. It's not too much you know noona. I just want share of your company. Decide what you want. See if your daughter's marriage breaks you are only responsible *he led an evil laughter and cut the call*

Mrs. Kim almost on the verge of breaking down. Mr. Kim was tensed too. It is about the life of their daughter. That time their secretary comes in and informs them about their meeting. Rest of the day went normally other then them being tensed.

**Time skips**
Soonae and Soomi came home and had lunch. At 5:30pm their parents came back. As they came in Soonae was sensing a tension in them. But she didn't say anything. After sometime the maid came and informed Soonae that her parents want to see her. As the maid left she ignored her bad feeling and got up from the bed and went to my parent's room and heard something that turned her world upside down. Inside the room, her parents were talking. They had no idea that Soonae was listening from outside.
Mr. Kim: I can't believe Choi became more greedy suddenly as he heard about Soonae's marriage. All the money we gave him was not enough for him.
Mrs. Kim: Now what do we do? We can't give him shares of the company! I am sure if we do he'll ask for even more! Ughh!!
Mr. Kim: There has to be a way out of this. We never harmed anyone why is this happening to us.

Soonae understood what they were talking about and now she realised why she did not see uncle Choi ever again. It was because her parents were paying him money all these times to keep him away from Soonae or making more problems. She was feeling guilty and helpless because she didn't know what to do. She was holding herself responsible for what her parents were growing through.
Soonae: *knocks the door* Appa? Eomma? You called me? *Mrs. Kim's voice comes from inside*
Mrs Kim: Yea honey come in.

She goes inside and sees her mom and dad forced a smiled to her but she could see the tension on their eyes.
Soonae: What is it Appa?
Mr. Kim: Jihoon and his parents are coming to fix the date of marriage. Get ready on time okay.
Mrs. Kim: Also Honey make sure to make your special cherry custard too. I'm sure they'll love it *smiles*
Soonae: O-okay Eomma. I'll go to make the custard then?
Mrs. Kim: Yes honey go ahead.

*Time skips*
Jihoon and his parents came to the Kim's mention. Soonae got ready wearing this

As their parents were discussing their schedules and the favourable time for their marriage, the maid bought the snacks and Soonae's custard which was highly praised my Mr and Mrs Min. Jihoon was staring at his wifey because the man was whipped and couldn't take his eyes off of her. After sometime Jihoon needed to go to wash his hands so the maid showed him the washroom.
He washed his hand and going back. Suddenly Jihoon heard Soonae's dad talking to someone. He was about to leave but what he said next made Jihoon stop. He was standing very close to the door and the room was empty so the person who was on the call was audiable too.
Mr. Kim OTP: You sick bastard don't even take my daughter's name with your dirty mouth.
