Chapter 15: Exams!

It was exam time for Jihoon and Soonae. Jihoon would be in the final year while Soonae would be in the second year. Jaeun was busy going and watching the construction site of their new hotel.

Jihoon and Soonae came to university and found their friends. All of them then went to their respective classes to go and the exam started. They were writing the paper and 45 min of the exam was already gone when Soonae saw her answers to the first 5 pages disappear. She freaked out. The invigilator came to her.
Invigilator: Mrs. Min what happened to you?
Soonae: Mrs. Jang I wrote answers and all that disappeared.
Invigilator: Mrs. Min what are you even saying? How can your answer disappear!
Soonae: I don't know ma'am I am not understanding a thing. *She raised her hand doing 🤷🏼‍♀️ and Mrs. Jang looked at her palm where there was some ink and that ink disappeared in front of her eyes*
Invigilator: What the hell! The ink from your palm just disappeared!! Why would you bring a pen with disappearing ink in the exam? *Yuki smirked and Rose saw her smirking*

**Flashback**
Yuki was entering when she saw Soonae and Jihoon walking in the hallway. She had an evil idea on her mind seeing them. She went and sat in the class. After some time Soonae came in and kept her pen pencil scales etc in the classroom and went out. Then Yuki thought yes this is the time and exchanged the pens in Soonae's kit with pens with invisible ink.

**Present time**
Rose saw Yuki smirking.
Rose: Oh my sweet lord! Why do I feel like this bitch has something to do with this. *She thought*
Soonae: Ma'am I have no idea where the invisible ink came from!! Wait- *She rubbed her palms against each other and gave the heat on the paper* oh no!
Invigilator: What are you doing?
Soonae: Ma'am some invisible inks show up when heat is applied but turns out this one is not one of those. The chemical in the ink reacts to the cellulose in the paper to form a colorless and odorless product. It's a slow reaction.
Invigilator: Now wha--
Rose: Ma'am! Soonae-ah takes here I have an extra pen. No need to waste time on this small issue. 5min left for 1 hour. Write fast.
Soonae: Omo Rosie-ah you saved my life.
Invigilator: Hmm calm down and write as much as you can.

**Time skip**
The exam was over and Soonae was able to complete it because 2 hours 5 min is a lot of time. She went out and saw Rose waiting for her outside the classroom. They went to their lockers and Jihoon and the football team waited for them in front of their lockers. Rose went and hugged Mark while Soonae went and hugged Jihoon
Jihoon: Babe you two almost took forever. What took you so long? Was the paper hard?
Rose: You won't believe what happened!
Mark: What happened?
Soonae: I arranged my exam kit yesterday night only. And when I was writing an exam my page turned and I saw my answers which I wrote disappeared!
Yuseok: Sister in law what are you saying? How can your answer disappear like that?
Rose: Someone replaced her pens with some different pens which had disappearing ink.
Jake: Childish!
Rose: Of course it is and that bitch was smirking in the exam as if she hit some goal or something. She is so embarrassing I swear to God.
Jihoon: Anyways let's go home! *They were going when they saw someone hide behind the lockers*
Soonae: Who's there? Come out! *No answer*
Rose: Come out now I said!! *Then she saw one timid nerdy-looking kinda cute girl come out and stood in front of them looking down*
Soonae: *Going close to her* Who are you? Why are you listening to our conversation hiding there?
???: I-I am Soyong, K-Kang Soyong. I d-didn't mean to listen to your conversation I promise *She raised her two fingers as a sign of promise*
Rose: Why were you hiding then? *She looked down*
Soonae: Anyway you're kinda cute. Which department are you from?
Soyong: I am from literature *She said in a low but sweet voice still looking down* thank you for calling me cute no one ever said that.
Rose: Hey did you have lunch? If not then join us! We are going. You can also call your friends.
Soyong: I-I don't have friends and I have to g-go later b-bye. *She turned back and left*
