Chapter 10: Letters!

Soomi had a date. Soonae just got her ready over the call and went to the living room to find Jihoon. She saw Jihoon was talking to Mark.

Jihoon: That's a good thing that you two finally decided to *Saw Soonae* Yeah my wife is here. Tell her on your own. Here *He handed the call to Soonae who gave her a questioning look* Talk it's Mark and Rose.
Soonae: Ahh okay. *She took the phone* Hello-- WAIT!
Rose: Soonae-ah he just proposed to me. *Shy*
Soonae: OHMAIGATWHADDAFUCK!! What when how where? *Jihoon started to laugh*
Rose: Hehe slow down girl.
Soonae: TELL ME!!
Mark: Sister in law is super happy! *Soonae glared* Oops *He kept a finger on his lips*
Rose: So he asked for a date all of a sudden and brought me to a place on the beach and proposed to me. *Shy*
Soonae: Omg I am so happy for you. You two are now officially engaged!! But Rose. What about Mr. and Mrs. Park? Did you tell them about Mark?
Rose: Not yet Soonae and Idk how to tell them either.
Jihoon: What is the problem?
Rose: They are difficult.
Soonae: They look for family and standards. In simple words, her happiness isn't their priority when it comes to marriage in their family. *Rose looked down*
Jihoon: Can't exactly blame them. Like just love isn't enough to spend the life. It's obvious for a parent's concern. Mark has to prove to them that he can keep their daughter safe and give her the lifestyle she is used to.
Rose: I know he is ambitious and I trust him. But my parents don't know him as I do. Idk what to tell.
Soonae: Let's go to your parent's house tomorrow Rose. We'll come too. By then you meet Mark's parents since you two are engaged.
Jihoon: Mark I have something to tell you too. Sometimes back someone tried to hack into our security system and get in our house.
Mark: What are you saying? Are you sure?
Jihoon: See let's meet I'll tell you everything in detail.
Mark: Okay captain.
Jihoon: Umm okay *He cut the call* Baby I have some assignments okay. I'll finish them.
Soonae: Sure baby. Even I have to write the labs.
Jihoon: Yes because from tomorrow we'll be on a strict timetable and diet.
Soonae: Diet? When are you getting the chart? I have to get everything, isn't it?
Jihoon: *Hugged her* Aish my wife cares so much *Pecked her cheeks and she giggled*

As all this was happening, Jihoon noticed a small camera in a teddy bear. He frowned and hugged Soonae tighter.
Jihoon: Babe get ready we are going somewhere.
Soonae: Suddenly? Umm okay?
Jihoon: Wait! *He grabbed her hand and went to her closet*

He checked all the new things thoroughly making Soonae so much surprised.
Soonae: What are you doing?
Jihoon: I'll tell you, wait. Get ready now okay.
Soonae: Okay.

They got ready and left home with their security. Both Soonae and Jihoon noticed that one particular car keeps appearing again and again. They changed the lanes three to four times but the car is catching up.
Soonae: Baby we are getting followed by Paparazzi again or something?
Jihoon: I don't think it's paparazzi.
Soonae: Baby I--
Jihoon: I am here. As long as I am here no one can do anything to you.
Soonae hugged him and kept her head on his shoulder.

They went to the hotel which was owned by Mr. Min. Jihoon took Soonae to the private secret room. Soonae looked puzzled.
Jihoon: Baby, sit here. *They sat down on the couch*
Soonae: Baby I am scared! Please tell me what is going on.
Jihoon: I am not sure but I think someone is stalking us. The car which was following us was following us with different intentions.
Soonae: Is it a business rival?
Jihoon: It has to be a business rival or else- *Someone knocked on the door and Jihoon opened* Come in.

Mark comes in with Rose and they settle down. Mark bought his laptop and started to hack the Surveillance cameras which are there in the places where Soonae and Jihoon mostly go like the mall and college.
Mark: Nothing! This person is clever. They are well aware of the CCTV camera.
Jihoon: I see. *His phone rings*
Mr. Min OTP: Ah Jihoon we and Mr. and Mrs. Kim are going to Hawaii. We have a deal with the Ok telecom. Take care of everything okay.
Jihoon: Okay Appa. Have a nice trip. Bye. *He cut the call*
Soonae: What happened?
Jihoon: Eomma Appa is going to Hawaii with Eomoni and Appa for a deal.
Soonae: Oh!
Rose: Jihoon oppa why don't you just check on your rivals once? You can find who exactly is doing all that.

Mark and Jihoon looked at Rose and Soonae surprised. They made wide eyes.
Mark: You two don't speak much but you are really smart.
Jihoon: I think I'll be taking more opinions from my wife geez. *Rose and Soonae chuckled and Jihoon made a call* Hello. Find their information. What they are up to... Yea hmm... Yes him too... I don't think but still to be on the safe side... Yes... Okay, do it as fast as you can. *Cut the call*
Soonae: One more important work is left. *Rest three looked at her*We have to go to Rose's home. For Mark to meet her parents duh. *Other three widened their eyes*
Jihoon: Yes so Rose when are your parents free?
Rose: My mom is a housewife as you know and I'll check dad's schedule and tell you.
Soonae: Don't worry. We are here for you. *Rose grabbed her hands and looked at her with tensed eyes*

**Time skip**
The next day they were taking their things from their lockers in their college. Soonae opened her locker and a pile of papers and things fell from her locker. Rose and Soonae moved away from those and Rose let out a small scream as there was blood in those things. This quickly spread around and faculty and Mark and Jihoon and their team came running.
Jihoon: What the hell!?
Mark: I called the police okay.
Jihoon: Hmm

Mark and Jihoon hugged Rose and Soonae. Both of them were scared.  After 10 minutes the police arrived and took all those things from there and out of the blue, the media came in.
Mark: Hello!? Wtf? How did they find out??
Soonae: Let's handle them. We don't want any mess here.
Jihoon: Are you sure you are okay?
Soonae: Yes. *She went to them*
Reporter 1: Mrs. Min we got to know there someone hid letters written in blood and gifts in your locker? *Soonae acted surprised*
Soonae: What are you saying there is nothing like that.
Reporter 5: We got a call saying this whole place is in mess now. You are telling me it's not true?
Jihoon: Where is the mess tho? If there were mess you'd have seen the mess right?
Rose: Yes and if someone finds blood in their locker they'll be scared af won't be able to talk.
Mark: Are you sure you were not pranked?

Right at that time, Yuki walked in with her minions. She thought it was a good opportunity to create a controversy and somehow try to destroy Soonae's image.
Yuki: There were a mess and blood was everywhere in her locker. You are lying Soonae. *Media turned the camera to her*
Soonae: Why are you so sure about it when we four are saying there is no such thing?? What are you up to now? Don't tell me you prank called the media to make a scene here!
Yuki: What the fuck! Why would I- *she was cut off as the principal intervened*
Principal: I'd like to apologize for all your trouble but nothing happened here as you said. You can see!
Reporters: Oh. Sorry for bothering you. We'll take your leave. *They bowed and Soonae, Rose, Mark, and Jihoon bowed again in reply*
Principal: What a mess and Miss Yuki Miss Jessi and Miss Lucy to my Office now!! *Soonae and Rose giggled silently*

**Time skip**
Their coach was absent that day so there was no meeting. They went home. As soon as Jihoon and Soonae entered their home, they saw piles of papers and flowers on their living room floor and ridden with blood.
Jihoon/Soonae: Wtf! *Soonae receives a message*
???: You must be wondering who can be so crazy for you. I can just tell I am crazy in love with you. I'll make you mine.

Seeing this Soonae dropped her phone. Jihoon saw this and then poked his inner cheek with his tongue.
Soonae: Can't we trace the location?
Jihoon: No babe. The way this person is aware of everything they must have thrown the sim by now. *Jihoon receives a call*
Jihoon: Hello?... Yes, you got the info?... Umhmm... Okay and next?... Ahh right okay... Really?... Wow lol... Others?... Hmm alright. *He cut the call and looked at Soonae* Our all-known business rivals are out of the scenario. Some of them are busy with family functions and others are sick or on vacation.
Soonae: So turns out it has nothing to do with business and this person is after me?
Jihoon: Looks like that. Do you have any idea who this can be?
Soonae: No I don't know.
Jihoon: Uhh!
Soonae: I don't even have any ex-boyfriend, baby. Like you know I never dated anyone.
Jihoon: Aish this is hard. Wait I'll just call the police and the media might come too we need to be ready for that.
Soonae: In school, we managed somehow what are we gonna do now?
Jihoon: Just hope police come first. *Soonae nodded*

What is this person up to? Is this someone from the past or someone new?
