Hey guys! I'm here with another chapter of Not From This World, and I have to say, this right here may have been one of my favorite chapters  to write. I was fangirling so much xnsndm (灬º‿º灬)♡ Just as promised, we have reached the point where Xia has made it to the Qishan, Wen Clan Sect!Thank You so much for continuing to read my story and for the votes and comments. [One year Later]

Xia couldn't believe that she had been in the MDZS for a whole year now. Things had definitely changed for her. She was now used to training and life without electricity, and Madam Yu was much nicer to her than she was in the beginning. Plus, Xia spent a lot of time getting to know Wei Wuxian more when she wasn't having quality time with Yanli.

He was just as rebellious as ever but he made time for her at the end of the day to just sit and relax by the dock. Her favorite pastime was watching the boats float by as the sunsets, talking about their day. It felt so strange at first to be sitting  beside someone she saw on TV,but now she had grown used to being beside him.

Today was the day that Jiang Cheng would arrive back from Gusu so everyone was making preparations for his return.

"Excited to see Jiang Cheng again ,Madam Yu?" Xia boldy teases after catching Madam Yu smiling.

Not to her surprise Madam Yu huffs and turns away, which only makes her giggle.

"Don't worry, I'm sure he's more than happy to see you again."

"A'Xia."

Xia turns to see Yanli coming towards her. She meets her half way.

"Excited for your brother to return today,Jie jie?"

Yanli smiles brightly.
"Very. It feels like forever since I've seen A'Cheng. I hope he didn't have a difficult time."

Xia pats her pack.
"I'm sure Jiang Cheng  had as much fun as one could have in Gusu."

Both looked at each other before giggling.

"A'XIA! YANLI! LOOK WHO'S BACK!"

The girls look forward to seeing Wei Wuxian running towards them and behind him is Jiang Cheng with a wool sack over his shoulder

Yanli smiles brightly while Xia trails behind her.
'Wow, is it just me or is Jiang Cheng not as skinny. Probably just me.'

They greet him and ask him about his time in Gusu.

"How was second master Lan?" Xia suddenly asks, which makes the three siblings look at her curiously.

"Ah, well he was the same, I guess. Oh but he told me to give you this book."

He pulls a book out his bag and hands it to her.

She reads the title.
"The history of the mountain clans of the north."

Xia smiles softly.
'Ah, Wangji.He was kind enough to search more in the library.'

Suddenly ,she gets the feeling of something next to her and looks up to see Wei Wuxian looking over her shoulder.

Her eye twitches.
"Ever heard of personal space?"

He ignores her question,still looking at the book.
"What's this? Lan Zhans diary?"

Xia moves away from him.
"It's a book on how to effortlessly beat up anyone named Wei Wuxian. Want an example from chapter 3?" She says with an evil smirk.

"No thanks." He says sarcastically, the pouts like a kid muttering, "Since when did you and that fuddy duddy get so close."

She snorts.
"Says the guy who said he wanted to be friends with Lan Zhan that time we were in the spri-" she had to stop herself , realizing she almost  talked about the time in the spring where she was stark naked with TWO MEN.
