Once max and David have sorted everything out with the adoption paper and everything and sadly it's getting closer to the end of summer

"You exited to live with David?" I ask curiosity and also teasing him at the same time "hmm I don't know.. I guess i am. What about you? Exited to star living with you mum and bearly seeing your dad?" He ask "oh hell yeah! I mean it will be nice to see him once a day to say hello and stuff but living with my mum will be so much fun! And since they split up she's been so chilled with everything that I do!" I say happily "aw that's nice hopefully David does live too far away from you so we can hang out on the daily" he says as I nod and hum in response and then Nikki comes out of no we're "it is true!!?" "What!?" Me and max says in unison "is David adopting you!!?" I then relax again I thought something bad had happened "o-oh.. yeah he is.." max says "does that mean we're going to be at the same school?!" Nikki says getting really exited "em.. he might be in the same school as you? But probably not me depends we're do you live Nikki?" "Oh I live at (were she lives) does David live close to there?" "Give me a sec" max says going on his/David's phone "I don't live that close to there sorry Nikki but we can probably meet at the park!" I say with a smile as she jumps in joy "oh! Yeah he actually lives really close to there" max says showing is the phone "oh nice!" And then David and Gwen walk in and we continue with the camp activities

After the day is finished everyone goes to the tents i flop onto my bed and almost fall asleep until nikki starts to shout and be really loud I then throw a pillow at her "shhhhHhh I'm tired" max and Neil laugh at me and Nikki and then everyone settles down and goes to sleep

~ skip to the end of summer ~ everyone get on the bus but as arraigned my mum drove over here and is talking with David telling her that he has adopted max and everything and seeing is they can meet on the daily and stuff me and max is saying bye to Nikki and Neil and anyone else we have becomes friends with saying to see them next year until they drive off I give max I hug not wanting to go yet my mum smiles at us warmly "come on y/n don't worry you'll get to see him soon" he says calmly as she puts her hand on my shoulder we say good bye to max and David (you already said by to Gwen she had to go with the campers to make sure they all went home) i get into the car still waving to as we drive away "so hun? How was your time at camp?" She ask "it was so much fun! I becomes great friends with Nikki Neil and max! And also good friends with ____" (idk who ;-;)

As you talk to your mum about camp she just nods along with the same smile

"hey I have a question if you don't mind me asking sweetie" you shake your head "go ahead!" "Isn't max just a year older then you? Why does she swear so much? And why was he so angry with me the first time we met?" I takes you a while to respond to that question "I.. don't know completely but.. I think he was just upset.. because we just got out of an argument and he was still really sorry about it when you came to pick me up.. and he kept on saying he didn't want to lose me so I think he just got a it protective and stuff.. and for the swearing his old parents didn't sound very nice.. so from how he was treated he kinda just learnt to use it with no punishment I think?" He nods sadly as I tell her "aw that poor boy. I hope he's happier with the other guy.. erm what's his name.. David is it?" I hun a her to say she got it correct "yeah they already act like there father and son and David is such a happy guy! It would be very nice to see him other then at the camp." I say with a smile "yeah hopefully you'll get to see him soon..
