"Hey," Spencer said as he walked up to Emily. The raven-haired woman jumped as she looked over at the man. Spencer had a small smile on his face as he grabbed a coffee mug. "You okay? You're more jumpy than usual."

"Yeah, I just haven't gotten that much sleep," Emily said simply and shrugged her shoulders. Spencer pursed his lips as Emily handed him the coffee pot.

"Nightmares?" Spencer asked and tilted his head. Emily watched him as he poured himself a cup of coffee.

"Yeah. Something like that," Emily said and smiled forcefully. Spencer looked over at her and smiled warmly at her.

"Well, what's happening in your dreams? It could signify what's going on in your conscious life. I didn't normally believe in dream theory before I started really looking into it," Spencer said and nodded his head. Emily bit the corner of her lip before chuckling.

"Yeah, no thanks. Freud isn't someone I'd trust with this kind of information," Emily said and chuckled before grabbing her coffee. She patted Spencer's back as she walked by him.

The raven-haired woman was on edge as she sat down at her desk. It had been dead quiet from Tsia and Clyde since they had told her they were in the city. Emily still hasn't gotten much sleep. At maximum an hour every night. She was so tired to even get dressed some times.

"Good morning sleeping beauty," JJ said and smiled as she walked towards Emily's desk. Emily couldn't even pick her head up to look at the blonde woman. JJ placed a small brown bag in front of Emily. "Okay, what's going on with you? The bags under your eyes are darker than the blouse you're wearing."

"I'm okay. I'm just exhausted," Emily said and smiled weakly at the blonde woman. JJ pushed the bag closer to Emily. "What's this?"

"I picked you up a little something. I know you probably didn't eat anything or get too much sleep for that matter," JJ said and smiled softly. "You're scaring all of us by you not getting sleep. We're here to look after you, Emily."

"I appreciate it, really," Emily said and nodded her head. The raven-haired woman stood up and wrapped her arms around JJ.

"Of course. Now, eat and try to get some shut eye in the empty offices," JJ said and rubbed the woman's back as they pulled away. JJ left without another word. Emily was eternally thankful for the blonde woman and the rest of her found family.

The raven-haired woman happily ate the breakfast sandwich JJ had gotten her and sipped on her coffee. Emily finished everything and made her way down to the offices. She walked in and sat down on the couch there. The raven-haired woman laid down, getting herself comfortable before her eyes slowly shut. Sleep came easy to Emily here in the FBI building.

Knock. Knock. Knock.

The tricky part was being able to sneak away long enough to get some decent sleep. Emily sat up and groaned as Penelope opened the door.

"I'm sorry to wake you from your much needed sleep but we have a case. JJ is calling everyone to the round table. Sorry buttercup," Penelope said as she turned on the lights. Emily squinted her eyes from the bright lights. That's when she looked down at the clock. She got five minutes of sleep, amazing. "Hop up, come on."
