The night was quiet. Patches fell asleep and fleegle started reading a book after placing the smaller dog in his bed. in the living room. bingo and drooper finished talking and now bingo was practising with his drums on his room. and as for snorky..he was in his room watching tv like he always does when there's nothing else to do...for him it was the same routine everyday. being angry and sad, eating something or nothing at all, taking a nap hoping to not have any nightmares and then watch tv. then he would fall asleep in his own bed after a couple of hours.
Drooper walked around the clubhouse looking for his bass. he was humming the "Tra la la" song. he sure missed to sing that song in front of an audience. or just sing it to kids that were walking around in the amusement park, sometimes people would join them and start singing and dancing like there was no tomorrow. he and his band would sang their hearts out for everybody, no matter how small or how old. it was just for fun.
As the lion started to remember those old times and started to sing louder and with more enthusiasm.

His nose started to shine again, he felt kinda lonely because nobody wanted to sing that anymore. not even his friends. they stopped singing and dancing because of how sad they were.. but he couldn't help it, Drooper misses those days where everything was easy and fun, silly and light hearted....when they were 'cool'. his heart felt like singing..so he just listened to it and let the song come out of his mouth with the same passion he had before all of this.

But he stopped..it wasn't the same as yesterday. Drooper laid against the wall and placed his hand on his forehead. The toughts started to fill his head again. "What happened to us?.." The lion couldn't stop thinking about the fights he and his friends had after all this commotion, all the yelling and bad words..good thing they didn't got physical no matter how angry they were they are still friends..and friends always fight and they will always do. that's how it works.
He let out a sigh while covering his face with his hands. it was useless, they'll never be the same like they used to be. sure..they gained a new friend and their mother was still a club member...but that doesn't mean everything is fixed. it actually felt worse...he felt lost..it felt like their show was broken...they lost most of the recordings from the second season and from their reboot back in 2008..but they could care less, nobody wanted to see them anyway so.. why should they try and come back? it would be a waste of time and money. they lost their motivation so what was the point on playing instruments in front of a lot of people if they only have 2 fans left.
Drooper shrugged those thoughts away and took off his glasses to take a look at their stage and overall their home..still dark and grimm, it was no use on trying and clean it..the stains of fear and shame would always remain..you could almost hear the words 'shame' and 'stupid' by just looking at everything.
Suddenly drooper noticed it. he was surprised by the fact his nose was shining again, shining like a christmas light. a beautiful tint of red filled the stage. drooper didn't knew the reason but.. his heart was telling him to do it. it was a strong force he couldn't explain...his heart started to beat faster and faster while it whispered 'Sing!' 'just sing!' he had no explanation and started singing again.

The glow became stronger and more powerful, it was shining like never before. but that's not the reason drooper was surprised..the stage..he kept looking at the wall where they used to tell jokes. that same wall..or at least a tiny bit of it started to gain it's colors back..it was as if time was going back, instead of deteriorating it was looking new, the colors started to appear with a white shining around it, what is this?
"What is this? a magic trick?" Drooper touched it, that place was so dark and grimm but now..it's going back to what it was? it's only a tiny bit but...it felt so strong..it was like...well..there couldn't be explanation, right? just because he started singing a tiny spot on the wall wound up to what it was in the first place. is it a new way of cleaning? there are so many things out there in this world. it sounded logical..to him at least.
He might talk about this tomorrow, maybe he was seeing things. after all this. it could just be a hallucination of his brain, it sounds more logical than magic is making their stage look like it used to.
maybe he's just tired, he was. so maybe that's the reason he's seeing all of this..when your sleepy your brain can play with the things you see and hear. like if you were a videogame going through levels of how tired you are. and the game is over when you lay back on your comfy bed and close your eyes.
with that thought, drooper went to bed, he decided to leave the bass practice for tomorrow. he felt tired after all the laughing he went through today. it felt nice but it's exhausting.
The lion went to his room. it had a nice bed with the right size for him and a bunch of video games and music sheets where all over the place. a tiny tv was in top of a closet where his clothes would be..even tho..he doesn't use any clothes..just gloves, spats on his feet and a shiny red hat with gold touches. he took off said hat and placed it inside the closet, as well as his spats and gloves. he was ready to sleep. so he laid on his bed and covered himself with the soft and warm blankets, in only a matter of seconds..he was snoring.
