Korra POV
So far there has been no luck in getting the 30 thousand Yuan for the championship tournament, and with that we can't even compete in the one year the Fire Ferrets get into the championship. So I guess I'll work on some Air Bending because I really want to get in down, like the other 3 elements just came so easily but this-this has been so difficult. So I'm here meditating with Tenzin.
"Tenzin, I have a question" I ask
"Of course, what is it?" He says
"Those Chi-Blockers, Electricity Poles, and Amon, Mako and me when we saved Bolin from all those people, it felt like they had no weakness 1 on 1, how are we supposed to fight them if I can't even take one down by myself"
"Oh Korra, you'll be able to take them down as soon as you become a master bender of all elements" Tenzin said reassuring me
"Thanks Tenzin, for everything"
"No problem, it's what my father would've wanted" He mocks that his father was the Avatar
Me and Tenzin have been training then entire day, so that I can have mastered Air Bending as fast as possible. I really hope that Mako and Bolin have been practicing for next season's pro bending.
*Time Skip To Dinner*
Tenzin's Family and I are having quite nice of a dinner, with much laughs and conversations going around the table, this stopped when Mako, Bolin and someone else, someone stunning walks in.
"KORRA, this is Asami Sato, her father owns Future Industries, we met a couple of weeks ago, it's why I've been so busy on dates with her, anyways her father is going to sponsor our team in the championships!" Mako said with delight
"So we are fighting in the championships!" I scream
"YEAH!" Bolin and Mako said together
I was happy but was a bit sad that Mako has girlfriend that isn't me.
"Anyway Korra, we gotta head back to main island now, we'll cya at practice tomorrow" Bolin waved as he said this
With that they left and we continued with dinner but something was different now that I have the knowledge of Mako and Asami.
Y/n POV
We were having a pleasant evening until they showed up, something they said definitely changed Korra's mood for now.
"Soooo back to dinner?" I question
"YEAH!" Meelo agreed with me immediately
Everyone laughs except Korra, she just lets out a tiny giggle and returns to the mood she was before.
"I've lost my appetite I think I'll go to bed now" Korra says and leaves
"Guys, something definitely changed her attitude" I say
"Well no hoot" Ikki says
"Do I have to noogie you again?" I say jokingly
"But seriously I wonder what it was that changed her mood, it had to be something Mako said" I mention
"I noticed that too" Pema says
"I...I'm gonna go to" I say as I finish my food
"Thank you for the meal" I say as I'm leaving
Tenzin POV
Well I wonder what's happening to them now, it's normal for Y/n to leave like this.
"Jinora, Ikki and Meelo, promise me that you won't be like that in your teenage years" I ask of them
"I will promise to no such thing as this" Jinora remarks
