Korra POV
I'm on Oogi as we head back to Air Temple Island after what just happened at the Sato manor which totally destroyed the place.
"OH! Bolin, Mako and Asami since you can't stay at the manor anymore, do you want to stay at the island now?" I ask
"Oh my gosh yes that would help so much!" Asami says reinsured
"Yes please" Bolin and Mako responded
With that we all head into the barracks, Ikki, Pema and Korra showing Asami to her room and then going to sleep and then Meelo showing Bolin and Mako their rooms and then going to sleep, whilst Tenzin and Jinora put Y/n in his bed and did some quick healing before returning to their rooms and turning in for the night.
*Time Skip Next Day*
Y/n POV
I'm in my head again but it's not a nightmare now but instead it's my clan member, the Legendary Itachi Uchiha, saying "there is another pair for your troubles", I respond with "what troubles!" then he responds with "the legendary Uchiha eyes, your light is fading, find the other pair to rid you of your trouble".
I shoot up awake all sweaty in my bed, I just run up to the mirror on the wall in my room seeing that my right is has gone grey meaning I've overused the Mangekyou Sharingan meaning I've gone half blind, my right eye has no vision anymore.
I do a quick summoning jutsu for my trusty toad friend who lends me an eye patch to cover up my troubles. It's around 9:50am so I better get changed and head over to the main building for breakfast with everyone especially since what happened yesterday.
I start to walk to the main building at around 9:59am so I'll just make it to breakfast. I arrive there after I walk for a minute and open the door to the building, I see everyone just starting to sit down and I decide to join them. We start to eat as normal but all eyes are on me, I can just feel them even with my head down. It's torturing me just not knowing why they are looking at me so I ask.
"What's up with the looks?" I ask
"It's just your new eye patch" Korra points out
"What? You like it? Or does it not match my current clothes?" I ask again
"No we are just wondering why you are wearing it?" everyone asks together
"Oh well because I want to?" I say unsure
"Y/n it can't be that bad that you need an eye patch so just take it off we won't make any judgements promise, promise everyone" Pema says in a soft tone
"We all promise to not judge you no matter what's under your eye patch" everyone says together once again
"Well ok then if you promise" I say
I take off my eye patch very slowly, unclipping the back and then keeping my eyes closed when I don't feel it on my face anymore. I just put the eye patch in my hands and then a grey puff of smoke in my hands appears with the eye patch disappearing. Then I open my eyes to continue eating, but of course the looks don't go away and everyone is looking at my one blind eye.
"Ok come on what's with the looks!" I say slightly angrily
"Your right..eye it's grey" Pema says
"Yes I know, I'm half blind, so?" I ask
"I mean at least with the eye patch I could use chakra sensing but without it, it's challenging" I say
"I can only see Korra (my immediate left), Bolin (Diagonally left), Mako (To the left of Bolin/far diagonal left) and then Tenzin (directly in front)" I mention
