"I'm excited to work with you. Next week can't come soon enough," Jimin comments as he looks over my shoulder, standing up on his toes.

I smile back at him when I finish pouring a cup of dark roast coffee for myself. I am happy this house drinks dark roast like me, I don't know if I could survive without my kick of smoky caffeine in the morning. "I'm excited too. Who will be training me?"

"Probably Jungkook and I," he says in a chirpy tone. "Though I think you'll be spending a lot of time at the bar." He tries to wink but he ends up closing both eyes.

I laugh at his suggestion and shrug one shoulder. "Perhaps I will be."

Jimin's expression softens with approval and then he steps up to the kitchen counter. he takes one of the mugs from the open cabinet and pours himself a cup of coffee as well. "During your last week, what will you be doing?" he asks curiously.

"It will be business as usual until Thursday and Friday," I answer with a note of sadness. "We'll pack everything up on those days. I'll probably stay late to help Kasey. I don't want her to do it on her own."

It will also give me time to say goodbye to the Hallowed Grounds.

"We'll party on the weekend," Jimin suggests, lightly nudging my side. He takes a sip of his coffee and walks out of the kitchen. As a parting comment, he calls, "We'll test out Hoseokie hyung's new drinks to celebrate!"

I'd like that, I think warmly to myself.

On this peaceful Tuesday morning, I find myself comfortable as ever in the Bangtan home. Yesterday, while Hobi was driving me to work, he brought up the idea of staying another night in his home, just to be safe. I worried if I was overstaying my welcome but he quickly reassured me that it was okay. Everybody was in agreement with the decision, they were only waiting for my response.

When I arrived at work, I told Kasey what happened and she was dumbstruck and told me to return home without missing a beat. Everybody had already heard about the totaled car on the side of the street, and the attempted kidnapping but nobody knew it was me. They gathered to ask me questions while simultaneously urging me to stay home to rest.

Honestly, I felt completely fine about everything. It might have something to do with Hobi's daring rescue and how he was able to ease my fears immediately. It's as if I had already moved on from that night.

My parents were more panicked about it than I was. I called them during my break to explain everything, and my dad was ready to commit murder on my behalf. My mom offered to give us their car, despite needing it themselves, but I politely declined.

Mid-conversation, I realized I hadn't told her anything about Hobi or the Bangtan boys. I took the opportunity to tell her about them if only to steer the conversation around hiring a bodyguard nobody can afford, and she was ecstatic to hear I found a boyfriend. A boyfriend who came to save me merely hours after becoming official.

I told her the majority of the details, aside from the wolves in the rain, and emphasized the time of night and how quickly he came to my aide. I had to quickly coax her guilt for not answering the phone--she promised never to leave her phone on sleep mode again--and reassured her that everything was okay in the end.

Mom started talking about how she would love to meet Hobi soon, at least to thank him for saving me. I am not against the idea of Hobi meeting my parents and I think it would be wonderful to invite him to one of our dinners, but I don't know how he'll react to it. Sometimes people stray away from the whole "meeting of the parents" thing because it might seem pushy. We have only been dating for a few days.
