the next day i sat in bed all day, just sleeping and laying around. i was done.
But i got the sudden urge to go get a pack of cigarettes.
I looked around my room for something to drink, the first thing i saw was a bottle of water, i chugged it.
Than i got up and went to my closet, put on a red bra, jean shorts, a long-sleeved shirt, and my dads old army jacket.
Yesterday, i hung out with Gordie. Today, i wanted to know why Chris was a bitch to me. What did i do.
He wasn't even that bitchy, it was more of, one day he's cool, the next he calls me a slut.
I didn't care. i didn't, Chris was a asshole. Sure maybe once i thought he was hot, but not anymore. now he's just a ass.
my window was the best thing that happened to me. It was near a tree, so i could sneak out of it.
I climbed out from it. Because mom had a guy over she expected me to be the perfect little child, and not leave my room.
I walked down the street. I wasn't sure what time it was, all i knew, is that the sky was a shaded blue color.
Officially i have lived here a full week. not long. but it's felt like forever.
15 years old and walking the streets, no friends, no license, no parent that cares.
"Lila!"I hear a voice yell at me.
I turned around to see Vern and Teddy standing there waving me over. I head over to them to see what they need from me.
"What" I asked.
"Come with us" Teddy said with a smirk.
"Where are we going" I asked as they lead me up a hill.
"You'll see" Vern said smiling.
We got up the hill and i saw a treehouse. it looked as if it were about to fall apart.
"What the hell is that" I asked.
"Where magic happens" Vern said.
"What y'all have orgys up there?" I asked.
Teddy shot me a look of disgust. I couldn't help but laugh a little.
"Why are we even here" I asked.
We walked to the ladder.
"Because... you need to know where we hang out a lot if your gonna be our friend" Vern said with a slight smile.
I followed them up the latter. when i got up i saw Gordie and Chris playing cards. They were in a deep game of 31 i think. The treehouse had posters and records, it looked handmade, and old.
"What's she doing here" Chris asked not looking up.
"If she's gonna be friends with us.." Vern said.
"Woah!" Chris said "who said she's gonan be friends with US?"
I stayed quiet. I didn't want to make. this even more mad at me, i'd isn't even know why, so i wasn't sure why i really did care what he thought of me.
"I did"Gordie said.
"What'd you say" Chris said glaring at Gordie.
"I said she can be friends with us"
"Why you have a thing for her tits?" Chris asked.
"Oh you wish" Gordie replied.
Chris shot Gordie a smirk quick. Gordie looked absolutely pissed.
"Here sit" Teddy said handing me a stool.
It had stickers of girls in right dresses all over it. I cringed at the chair. But sat in it, because i wanted to prove i could be apart of this group.
"Lila.. why'd you move here?" Vern asked me.
"Long.. Long story" I said.
"I got time" He replied.
Vern seemed like a innocent kid, i didn't have the heart to tell him about the things my family has done.
"Your to young Vern-o"
"He-Hey! I've been through some adult things" Vern stuttered.
"Like!" I asked.
"One time... a few years ago.. me and the guys, we-"
Vern was suddenly stopped by Teddys hand going over Verns mouth.
"What? what did you boys do" I asked.
"Men. We are men" Chris said sternly.
"Oh you fucking wish" I said.
"Ted-Teddy get the h-Hell off me!" Vern yelled trying to push Teddy away.
Teddy let go of Vern and whispered something in his ear.
Verns face turned white and than nodded his head.
"Alright don't tell me" I said.
"Your to pussy to know" Teddy said.
"Whatever you say"
I knew it wouldn't be bad, all these boys except Chris seemed pretty innocent. I didn't know any of these 'men' well enough to really decide if they were innocent or not. but right now, they were boys, little boys.
