Still no Gordie.

I had been hanging out with the guys 24/7, i hadn't been back to my house since a few days ago.

I slept in the treehouse with Teddy. Trying to get him to tell me what happened with Vern.

"Please what happened" I asked him.

It was like 10:00 at night.

Chris and Vern were supposed to come join us but they so far were a no show.

"Nothing happened.. I don't even know why he's bitching"

"Teddy dude he's ignoring you, you obviously did something"

"I didn't do shit"

We didn't talk for awhile. Not until Chris and Vern showed up.

"Hi" Chris said nodding his head.

I smirked. I bet he got Vern to tell him everything.

The 2 of us had been talking on how we're gonna get them to admit. His job Vern, mine Teddy.

Mine was a lot of work though.

We messed around in the treehouse until two, we were all bored out of our minds.

We had nothing else to do or say.

I missed Gordie, he would usually tell us one of his stories or something.

His stories are good.

My favorite is one about this kid who is fat and gets revenge on his town during a pie eating contest.

"Tell me your deepest secret" I say to the boys.

"When we were 12-" Vern started but Chris shoved him so he would stop.

"I have heard the start of this story so many times just tell me already" I said.

"We haven't told anyone this though" Teddy said.

"She's our friend she deserves to know" Vern said.

"We said we would never speak of this. Plus Gordie isn't even here so it would feel wrong telling her this without him" Chris said.

"Fine i get it, anything else dark and secretive" I asked.

"First time i did a girl i accidentally came before putting it in" Teddy said.

"That's not a secret that's just gross" I said.

"Ok Lila we'll do you have anything better?" Teddy asked.

"I've never had a boyfriend" I said.

"That's not deep that's just sad" Chris said.

"Shut up" I said with a giggle "Fine.. Hmm. The first night i came here I ran into Ace, if it hadn't been for some guy i probably would have gotten raped" I said.

The guys all went silent.

"I'm sorry" Vern said "I'm not really sure what to say but i'm sorry"

"It's ok, i didn't and it was a long time ago" I said.

"Ya, sure" Teddy said.

"How about you Chris, any secrets?" I asked.

"I've only been in love with one person" Chris said.

"Ohhh Who" Vern said in a annoying voice.

"Not telling" Chris said.

"Your no fun" Vern said. "My secret is that i hate our town and as soon as i get out of here i'm gonna make a big family and marry a pretty women"

"Let's see if you can even preform in bed" Teddy said

"Shut your mouth fag" Vern snarled.

"What did you just call me" Teddy said.

"Fag" Vern said "You know like a faggot"

"I am no faggot" Teddy said.

I could tell he was getting heated just by the tone of his voice.

"How about we shut up" I said.

"No this little miget thinks i'm a fucking fag." Teddy screamed.

"Cause you a-" Vern got cut off my Teddys fist.

Right on the mouth.

"Fuck" Teddy whispered as he saw Vern start to cry.

Teddy went over to him.

"G-Get away from me!" He screamed.

"I'm sorry Verno" Teddy replied. "It's not even that bad! i promise"

"O-Oh really?! My mouth is b-bleeding!" Vern yelled "Your like your father"

Teddys eyes got wide. Chris and I looked at eachother with fear.

"I'm sorry" Teddy whispered once more.

He than laid down and went to sleep.

"Are you ok?" I mouthed to Vern.

Vern shook his head.

"I'm gonna go" He whispered.

"Alright" I said.

Chris and i watched Vern walk away from the treehouse.

"What happened" I asked Chris.

Chris puckered his lips and than kissed his hand.

"No way" I said

"I know.. don't ask Teddy about it, seems to be a touchy topic" Chris said.

I nodded my head in agreement.

"I'm gonna go to sleep" I said.

"Same"

"Goodnight Chambers"

"Night Lila"

I smiled as i put my head on my pillow.
