I woke up to hear thuds on my window.

I rolled out of bed to see 4 familiar boys throwing pebbles at my window.

"Whatcha doing?" I asked.

"Come hang out with us where bored" Vern yelled up.

"Here go to the front door" I yelled back.

they all did as i followed.  I met them there and opened the door to let them in.

The all hesitated at first.

"My mothers not home, you can come in" I said.

They all went inside. All except Chris, he stayed on the doormat, not moving, arms crossed, with a look of disgust.

"You coming?" I asked.

"I don't wanna be in a whores home" He said.

"Chris!" Gordie said.

"What! it's true" He said.

"Fine... than leave" I said.

He smirked and than shoved past me. I slammed the door and than lead them upstairs.

"This is your house?" Teddy asked.

"Mhm"

"Which ones your room?" Vern asked.

"Here" I pointed to my bedroom door.

all of them went in. they all did a spin around my room.

"You like Hendrix?" Teddy asked picking up a vinyl.

"Yup" I yelled from the bathroom.

"What the hell are you doing in there" Gordie asked.

"Getting ready" I replied.

"it's 12:30 your not ready yet?!" Vern yelled back.

"You people seem to think i wake up at 8:40! it's summer jesus christ!" I said.

i walked into the room, jean shorts, a tank top with no bra, and a brown long coat.

"ready to go?" I asked.

"Ya" The boys all said in unison.

We left my house and started to walk towards main street.

once we got to main street, we started to walk towards the drug store, for god knows what.

"Hey baby" A male voice yelled.

from the across the street we all saw Jake walking towards us.

"Walk faster" i whispered to them all.

"Why?" Vern asked.

"Jake and Lila made out" Chris said with a smirk.

My face went pale.

"You made out with.. him" Gordie said.

"You Lila, made out with 'bAseBaLl star Jake" Teddy said with a chuckle.

"He kissed me, and wouldn't let go, until Chris came" I said.

"Sure princess" Chris said.

"Lila- Wait up" Jake said walking fast towards us.

"Jake go to hell" I said.

"Oh but baby-don't you wanna go have some fun with lil ole me?"

"Oh you wish" I said.

Jake came right behind me and grabbed my hips. He stopped us all.

"Jake let go" I said.

"But you love it"

"Jake she said let go" Teddy said.

"You don't scare me loony"

"What the hell did you say to me" Teddy yelled.

"Mr.Loony in training, your on my shoes"

Teddy pushed Jake. and i mean pushed, he almost fell over.

Jake pushed back.

"Get off him Jake!" Vern yelled.

"Ohh Vern-OoOo go cry to mommy"

Chris got fed up, and than punched Jake square in the face.

"Jesus" I whispered.

Jakes face was bloody, his nose was a little crooked and looked like he was about to cry.

"Wat-Watch yo-your back" Jake said backing up.

I burst out laughing, uncontrollably. Teddy looked as if he were to cry right there.

"Shut it Lila" Chris said.

I tried my best to stop laughing, but it just didn't work.

"Lila" Gordie said with a chuckle.

"Both of you shut your god damn mouths" Chris yelled.

we both stopped, probably out of fear.

"I'm gonna walk Teddy home" Vern said.

we all nodded.

Vern put his arm around Teddy, who burst out crying. Vern comforted him. Teddy had this big ego, but deep down i could tell he was a softie.

"Chris how's your hand" Gordie asked.

"Fine, didn't punch him right, but i'm fine"

I looked at his knuckles, they were bleeding.

"Chris can i see your hand" i asked.

"Princess is someone worried about me?"

"In your dreams Chambers" i said "Your knuckles look dislocated"

"Oh please babe, this is nothing, don't worry your ass about me and continue to live your pretty little life"

I scoffed at the pretty life. My life was nowhere near 'pretty'

"Go to hell Chambers" I said.

"Chris what the hell" Gordie whispered at him.

"Chris how about before you make conclusions about MY life you think about your so 'fucked up life'"

Gordies eyes got wide.

Chris looked me in the eyes, just like the first time i saw him, they were full of sorrow.

He walked away from us.

I didn't do anything, he said something, i said something back. wasn't even bad. He was just acting childish.
