The day was darker than usual in the realm of your planet by the name of "Land of Ice and Mist". The cold that once dwelled within the frost bitten habitat had almost decreased by double the original amount. Every day you've been there, it has been getting colder by the second. If you didn't find and defeat your denizen soon, then you just might freeze to death. The self-heating coat you made didn't really help that much anymore, only preventing your body from dying from hypothermia. A cold breath escaped your lips and you looked up at the ice ridden pyramid that stood before you. With it being the only shelter near you at the moment, and not really wanting to go farther with the possibility of dying on your agenda closer than you had first anticipated; you made your way inside.

Pushing the door open, a cold breeze of icy air flew into your face, causing you to slightly shiver and the jacket to heat up even more than it had before. The inside might as well been clear as day. Sparkling icicles hovered above your head, and the clear ice shining through might as well been made out of sparkles, for it was glittering a considerable amount. Despite the beauty, you knew the dangers of this planet far too well, and you proceeded with caution, knowing that the beautiful icicles hanging above you could fall at any moment.

Traveling farther within, you came across a large space, no enemies in sight, but there were two doors. At the moment, however, you hadn't really considered going through any of those doors. You just wanted to rest for a little bit, after all, you have been traveling by yourself for months at this point.

Sitting down, away from any possible dangers, you took a deep breath and looked up at the frosty ceiling of the pyramid you currently dwelled in. The former statement was correct. You hadn't contacted any of your fellow players in months. They tried to contact you of course, however, you haven't checked your pesterlog for this exact reason. Sometimes you noticed that they would try to visit you, but every time they sought your attention, you ignored them or ran away. This hurt them, of course, but you did anything to achieve your goals, and that currently was right on track. You didn't want to feel anymore. Feelings just got in the way of justifiable actions that one wouldn't really do if they perceived something like 'mercy'. A robotic and stoic like person, however, could judge a person based on their actions and who they are as a human being with a precise equation made up in their own head - so what if 'feelings' were necessary to be a human? You always had this thought about life, and there was no way that you were going to change it now, just because you gained the feeling back didn't mean you couldn't get rid of it once again.

A sigh escaped you mouth again, and you looked at your hand. When was the last time that you felt anything...? What was it...a few months ago? Maybe you were ready to face society again - maybe you were ready to face him again. The moment this thought crossed your mind, you could feel a beat in your chest again, one that you hadn't felt for a while. Despite the cold weather surrounding you, heat flushed your face as you remembered his vibrant orange eyes. No, no you weren't ready just yet. If this disgusting feeling could inhabit you again, so soon and just by the memory of him, you still needed time to get rid of everything that created a dynamic fluctuation of feelings within you. By isolating yourself, you were getting closer, but you weren't close enough. It wasn't as if you didn't miss any of your comrades, though, but that was exactly the reason you didn't want to see them. If you could feel the loneliness starting to build up in your disgusting heart organ, then when they surely died, you would feel as you did back then - back at the first time someone in your life died. The thought made you clutch your chest and lean back on the freezing wall. You wanted to rip the damned thing out. It was better if they stayed away anyway, for their own benefit.

Being alone for so long helped you achieve your own accomplishments, but have you actually accomplished anything?

The single phrase resonated through your vertebrae and you what you didn't know the answer to, you usually left alone. If you dwelled on it for too long, curiosity might find its way into your body, and you refused to ever let that happen. If you could do anything to prevent emotions from making its way into yourself, then hell, that's what you would do.
