Jack's POV

I felt the urge to get up. I opened my eyes very slowly. "He's awake! He's awake!" I looked over to see who was beside me. All I saw was a young girl. Her hair ran down the middle of her back.

I saw the doctors rushing in the room. My mom and dad ran in the room with the doctors. "It's a miracle!" My mom cried while holding my hand. My dad was crying and my mom. The doctors smiled at me.

I talked to my mom for awhile and my dad. After talking to them, the mystery girl came in. "Mandy...?" "Hey Jack." She smiled. Wait... This can't be right. She looks like what she looked like when we were sixteen. "How are you feeling?" "I'm-I'm feeling alright." I told her. "That's good." She smiled and grabbed my hand. She held my hand. "Where's Tanner?" "Who's Tanner?" She looked at me curious. "He's our son..." Why didn't she know about Tanner? Mandy stood up quickly and put her hand on my forehead. "Are you sure you're feeling alright?" I sat up. "Yeah. I'm feeling fine, but I'm serious where is my son." "Jack. You don't have a son. Haha. Are you crazy? We are only sixteen. You must of had a dream, while you was out conscious." She laughed. "What...?" "I'm going to go get you a cup of water." Mandy got up and left the room.

No. No. No. This can't be right. It felt like I had a son. How long have I been out conscious? Am I dreaming or is this real life? I'm so confused.

Tanner? Tanner. This little boy in my dreams. He felt so real. I thought I actually had a family with Mandy. I hope this is a dream. That little boy brought joy to my life. He fixed me. If I never knew I had him, I would probably be out partying and smoking weed all the time. A tear ran down my cheek. I want to dream again, so I can see my little boy. Please let this be a dream...
