Chapter 31

  ''Your cuteness makes me sick.'' Liam scoffed as Niall kissed my cheek. 
     

  ''When are you going to get a girlfriend?'' I asked. 
     

  ''You know I'm not into that type of stuff. I'm single and mingling.''
     

  ''So basically you just want to hookup with girls.'' 
     

  ''Yeah.''         
     

  ''Classy Liam.'' 

The three of us walked into the cafeteria and sat down at our regular lunch table. All of my friends had really accepted Niall. They mostly just loved how Niall's bad boy image made them look like bad asses by hanging around him. They thought it gave the group a new image. Which I thought was sort of ridiculous but I just let them think what they wanted.  A lot of things had changed since me and Niall had started dating. Before I used to think being prom queen was the best thing in the world. I had been preparing my prom queen campaign and speech since I was a freshman. Now I didn't even care. Being prom queen was the last thing on my mind these days. It could go to Harry's new girlfriend or whatever she was to him. I just really didn't care about most of the things I used too before. That wasn't a bad thing. I just had less stuff to worry and stress about. I still was top of my class and would be graduating with honors in a couple of months. Me and Niall had talked about colleges but we hadn't made our decision just yet. We were planning to get an apartment where ever we were going to live. It was exciting yet scary at the same time. All these changes were about to happen in such a small amount of time. Needless to say I liked to be in control of everything so feeling like I really wasn't was hard. I held tight onto his hand as we sat there and listened to everyone tell me about all the latest gossip around school. Niall hated sitting around everyone and listen to them talk about stuff that he hated but he did anyway. 
       

''Let's get out of here.'' he whispered in my ear. 
       

''Guys me and Luke gotta go but text me later.'' I said as we stood up. 
He piratically pushed me out of the cafeteria and into the hallway. 
       

''I hate sitting in there.'' he complained. 
       

''I know you do. I don't like it much either.'' 
       

''Then why do it?'' 
     

  ''Because I have too.'' 
       

''You're never going to see these people again after graduation Nori it shouldn't really matter. After graduation I'm stealing you and making you all mine.'' 
Niall put his hands on my waist and pulled me into a tight hug. 
     

  ''I already am all yours Niall. Forever and ever'' 
His lips found mine and he gently kissed me. I loved how soft and careful his kisses were but yet always so passionate and full of love. We both smiled into our kiss which made it even more perfect. Niall still hadn't asked me to prom yet but I figured it was coming up. Every time I went to his house Maggie told me I was in for a surprise. I couldn't wait to know what he had planned for me. 
       

''Come here I wanna show you something.'' he said puling his lips away from me. 
He took my hand into his and led me into the gym. It was dark and I wondered why he was taking me in here. He probably wanted to have a make out session which was okay with me.
     

  ''Niall I can't see anything. You know I don't like the dark.'' I whispered. 
       

''Do you trust me?'' 
     

  ''Of course.'' 
     

  ''Okay then close your eyes.'' 
     

  ''Why?'' 
     

  ''Just do it please.''  
     

  'Fine.'' 
I shut my eyes and he guided me further into the gym. I didn't know why or even the reason behind why he was doing this. Oh my god he was about to ask me to prom. My nerves were at an all time high now. I wondered what he was going to do. What he even put together. I heard the lights click on and Niall let go of my hand. 
       

''Okay you can open them now.'' 
I opened my eyes and saw the school's band standing all around us. Me and Niall were standing in a huge heart made of rose pedals. They were probably fake since he knew I had an allergy to flowers. The band started to play and he bit down on his lip. 
       

''Babe what is this?'' I asked even though I was already pretty sure it was my ask to prom. 
       

''I wanted to do something special for you and try to show you how much I love you. I love you more than you could even guess Nori. You are the greatest thing to ever come into my life and I know you'll always be in my life no matter what happens. So Nori Thomas will you go to prom with me?'' 
     

  ''Yes!'' 
I jumped into his arms and he picked me up. I crashed my lips into his as I heard clapping. I pulled away and saw all of my friends standing in the bleachers watching us. I waved to Liam and he waved back at me. I kissed Niall one more time before he put me down and we both went over to everyone. 
       

''I can't lie that was pretty cute.'' Liam said embracing me into a hug. 
       

''Did you know about this?'' 
       

''Of course. Me and Niall are lads he tells me everything.'' 
     

  ''I figured he would tell you.'' Niall said. 
       

''He didn't tell me anything.'' I said wrapping my arm around Liam.
     

  ''I hope you liked all of this.'' 
       

''Are you kidding me? I loved it! Thank you so much baby.'' 
     

  ''Anything for you. I love you so much.'' 
       

''I love you so much more.''
