We lost. We lost and I couldn't accept that. I tossed the ball and served it. it hit the net falling straight to the floor.
Iwa: "Shittykawa Stop that. You're overdoing it." I didn't listen just picking up the next ball and starting my service routine, "OIKAWA! DON'T ignore me!" I tossed the ball and began to move, running forward and swinging my arms back. "OIKAWA!" the ball hit the floor, at the same time as we did, the sound of it bouncing slowly getting quitter. Iwaizumi's body pined mine down, hands around my waist.
Oikawa: "Iwaizumi. You ruined my serve." I coldly spat as I tried to stand. He didn't move still pinging my body. I tried pushing him off, but I was just pinned back down. "Move Iwaizumi." I looked up at Iwaizumi, directly. For the fist time since we lost the match. He looked frustrated. Concerned. Sad. Emotions he rarely wore but I wasn't fazed. We just lost how could he not b- did he... "You slapped me?"
Iwa: "BECAUSE YOUR OVER THINKING EVERYTHING! YOU NEED TO STOP! NOTHING YOU DO NOW IS CHANGING THE FACT THAT WE LOST! WE PLAYED OUR BEST BU-"
Oikawa: "but we still... lost. I lost. I lost to..." 'No, NO! contain it! don't... DON'T!' "THAT FUCKING BRAT KING! THAT FUCKING BETTER THAN ME, UPTIGHT, PREshous, pretty, Kageyama Tobio." I stopped struggling and brought my arms up to cover my eyes. Tears slowly leaked from them being smuged over my face by my arms.
Iwaizumi: "This isn't just about our loss... is it?" he asked and that just made me snapped.
Oikawa: "OF COURSE IT ISNT YOU DUMBASS!" I lurched up smacking his chest now pinning him, "OF COURSE THEIRS MORE! I GOT BEAT BY FUCKING TOBIO! THE PRODERGY WHO OUTSHON ME! B-BUT I CANT STOP THE FEELINGS I-"
Iwaizumi POV
He shut up after that. he sat back onto his knees, hand to his face again. Now unpinned I sat up and took him into my arms as he began to sob louder and louder. I ran my hand through his hair as he did, trying to provide what little comfort I knew I could give right now.
Oikawa: "I'm sorry... I'm sorry... I'm so sorry." He sobbed over and over again. feelings of what? Hate? Lust? Or...
Iwaizumi: "You love him, don't you?" I felt his whole body stiffen as the words left my mouth. Found it. I thought as I grabbed his chin and moved it so he was looking at me. "Come on. Tell me. I won't be mad. Is that the feeling?" he just nodded and tried to look away. But before he could I kissed him. The kiss was gentle and full of feeling. I broke away after a minute and pressed our foreheads together.
Oikawa: "Shouldn't you hate me now? Want to break up or something? Not kissing me?" he sighed out as we looked at one another. I shook my head ever so slightly and leaned in, kissing him again.
Iwaizumi: "I'll never stop loving you Toru. Besides how do you think I feel finding out the love of my life is also in love with me and the young prodigy I have a crush on." I kept a straight face as oikawa's eyes blew wide open.
Oikawa: "WHAT!?" I burst out laughing at his reaction. Small tears coming to my eyes, "YOU DO TO! SINCE WHEN!?" I tried to calm down but my answer still came out as a laugh,
Iwaizumi: "Since middle school." he just stared at me in shock and I continued to chuckle.
Oikawa: "me too! what the fuck!" he was now laughing too, the smile that I loved returing.
Iwaizumi: "Theres that smile I love." I pecked his before continuing, "So what should we do about it?" I asked and Oikawa's face turned light pink in the cutest blush. he thought a moment before telling me a plan and a not bad one at that.
Kageyama's POV
I was sitting in the club room with the team. Having a celebratory meal of meat buns and talking about the match when my phone went off. It was from an unknown or rather an unsaved number.

I rolled my eyes as another message came through,
|Message: How dose going to the milk lovers café sound?|
This caught my attention. That was my favorite place to go in middle school. I haven't been there in so long.
|Message: 11:30 tomorrow. Dress nice okay. not that you won't look great in whatever you wear.|
I blushed and quickly sent a reply before slipping my phone into my pocket once again and listening to Hinata reiterate how amazing our sempai's are. I chuckled at his antics.

Time skip to 11:30 Saturday
I sat inside the café waiting for Iwaizumi to come inside. I scrolled through my phone only to see a post on Oikawa's Page the photo was cute but the caption caught me off guard.

And just as I read the last line I looked up to see the two males from the photo standing in front of me, same clothes and all. I was a little shocked it had been both of them,
Kages: "I thought it was only you Iwaizumi~san?" I asked a little shocked but not disappointed. In fact I felt my cheeks heating up ever so slightly. The two of them sat down in front of me and a waiter came over taking our order. I ordered a vanilla milk shake and after much pestering also got some meat buns too.
Iwaizumi: "Oikawa you can't just have milk bread 24/7 please get something of substance too!" I chuckled at the married couple like fight in front of me as the waiter sighed and looked at me. I just shrugged and looked at the two of them continuing to argue.
Oikawa: "Fine, fine ill order it as a sandwich happy now?" he said telling the waitor his new order, followed by Iwaizumi giving his. We thanked the lady and before I could start Oikawa did, "So good game yesterday."
Kageyama: "Oh yes thank you... is that why you asked me here?.."
Iwaizumi: "Not at all. We came to talk to you about something... better."
Kageyama: "Better?"
Oikawa: "I saw you reading my post when we arrived. You see what it said?"
Kageyama: "Yeh?" might have lost yesterday but tomorrow we gain something better than a win (I hope 😉) see you soon king xx "Why do you ask?"
