With how much she cuddles and cooes over you, along with her sweet scent and soft, fluffy hair, it was difficult for you not to grow attached to her.

Truthfully, while she treats you relatively well, making sure you're fed and content, you can't deny she's a bit snooty to those she deems lower than her, including you.

She would often gossip out loud about gems she didn't like, and verbally mistreated Topaz frequently, and more or less gave you backhanded compliments and more or less treat you like an absentminded animal.

Luckily, she offers lovely back scritches and cooing words.

While they were generally friendly and caring to you, they treated you more like another recruit than a baby gemling.

Because of this, you developed a bit of a herd mentality; whatever they did you followed. Doc was the leader and navy was the one that catered to you. Eyeball kept you in line and army trained you.

Leggy just played with you, since she was still getting used to you, not used to seeing a corrupted gemling.

Off colors: colorful family

You were loved immensely by the off colors. Rhodonite especially kept her eye on you, making sure you got your needed nutrients and that you were clean and safe while the Rutile twins and Padparadscha kept you busy with playing with you and cuddling you.

Lars kept you comfortable and content, while constantly called steven to see if he had a reading on the whereabouts of your mother or sire gem. He even when so far as to search a few planets in hopes of encountering them.
