Chapter 12 the surprise party

Well today was the twins surprise party and I had already sent invitations and booked the stuff that was needed. So now I'm just sitting here at the club and waiting with my brother and Mg for people to come. It has gone an hour and the place is already full of people, but the one important person who is the twins best friend hadn't showed up yet. So I guessed that Hope is going with them then so they might think they're are going to the club just chilling, but In reality they are going to their surprise party. "Max. Yo Max", Landon said. "Yeah sorry bro I guess I zoomed out (thinking of Hope). But what's up?". "Hope just texted me she's with the twins and they're coming here in a less than a minute". I then shouted "hey everybody they are here soon so take the lights off, and find a hiding spot", I said. As everyone hid and the light were off we then heard the door. So we got up "SURPRISE" everyone yelled. "Oh my god is this for us?", Lizzie said. "Yup it is. You can thank your father for this", I said. "Oh well, thank you guys for coming and I guess help our dad with this", Josie said and looked at me. "Well then let's get this party started", Caleb said. I turned the music up and people started dancing. I saw Hope standing there alone as the twins greeted people. So I then decided to go over to her. "Hey is this standing place taken?", I said. "Hm for a douchebag like you yes", she answered. "Okay Hope listen I know I fucked up. And I'm sorry, but please just listen to me". "What do you want Max?". "Well for starters I'm sorry I shouldn't have jumped to conclusions. I was just hurt when I saw him sitting there beside you, and eating dinner with your family. I just, I don't know. I guess I thought you and him were back together or something", I said. "Max, are you that stupid. I am never going back to him. To be honest I just dated him to try to get my feelings over you. But as I knew those feelings weren't going anywhere I broke up with him. I just meet him I New Orleans and he wasn't doing all right so...". "I know beautiful Josie told me everything.
