Thomas' POV
"I have been possessed by a demon, made to face my killer, and now you're hurting these people, these people I CARE ABOUT! I am pissed off, and I am NOT taking any more of this!" Logan screamed. And that scream echoed, the same way Thomas' did...
Virgil was right. Logan... Somehow, he was an illuminator!
And he was glowing blue. Similarly, Thomas was turning blue.
"n̷̗͌O̴͕̓!̵͇̉" Virgil snapped, eyes widening.
"No, Logan! It's not gonna work! Thomas couldn't manage it, and he's alive! It weakened him, who knows what it would do to you?!?" Janus yelped.
"Huh. Who would think that the man who killed me would be worried for my well-being? But we don't have time for that, Thomas is dying!"
"Logan, you don't have to-"
"I kinda do, though." Logan smiled. He held out his hand, and Virgil flew off of Thomas, who gasped for air and scrambled back.
"a̶͇͛Ȟ̵̰,̷̛̪ ̵̟̿ḙ̷̇F̶̟̓f̷̥̎ ̶̖̅ÿ̴̫ȏ̵̯U̴̹͗!̷̜̆ ̵̢̀y̶̳̒Ó̷͇u̵̹̒ ̵͙͛w̸̳͝ö̴̳N̶̹̓'̵̧͝t̶̲̂ ̴͚̍k̴̩̆ī̷̱L̵̤͆L̷̞̈́ ̷͚̈́u̶̪͠S̴̲̄ ̴͍̾a̵̪̅L̷̤͂L̶̨͘,̷̟͘ ̴͎̎y̸̫͛Ò̵͖u̵͔͗ ̵̌ͅw̷̰̓ö̸̗n̷̡̕'̵̭̔T̴͉̿!̷̻͝"
"We weren't planning on it until you showed up," Thomas choked out, still breathing heavily.
Logan was glowing like Thomas was, only blue, and he was so much more controlled. Less of a wildfire, more of a campfire. Same potential to destroy things, only so much less out of control.
"Logan, it'll- you'll be- Gone, most likely!"
"O̶̗͝h̴̳̾,̷̜̓ ̶͖̂i̶̺͘ ̶̧̍c̷̙͝A̷͎̐ṅ̴̬ ̶͉̓ả̶̠Š̶͜s̸͖͐ù̷̯R̷̠̔ë̶͎́ ̶̡̑ý̶̼O̷͉̅u̷̦͋ ̷͔̉ȏ̵̡F̶͇͋ ̸͇͊t̸̟͋h̸̤̊A̵̰͝t̸̥̍!̸̃ͅ" Virgil screamed, charging him.
"Roman? I never told you earlier. I like vanilla," Logan looked to him and smiled. Roman's eyes widened.
"LOGAN, NO-"
And as Virgil ran into Logan, Virgil's body was disintegrated, and the demon met the same fate. A wave of blue mist swirled everywhere quickly, outside, and around all of them.
When it cleared, nothing was left where they were standing.
And countless tears rolled down onto the floor.
