Looking at her watch she sighs."Gotta go." They were in the middle of poker."Come on just stay the night."

Leon says."Im tired and I need clothes which are at my hotel." She says."You still haven't found a place?"

Mia asks."No everything is pretty taken and im not moving in with random people." She says looking at her cards.

"Why don't you just move in here." Dom says."Dom." She says warningly.Her looks at her."I told you no the last seven times."

Letty looks at her."Come on Merc we all agreed you could go in the guest room." She sighed."How about we settle this with a race."

She says."Deal." Dom says. She shakes her head."I don't know why you guys want me to move in so bad."

She says."Because were family." Mia says. She simply shakes her head.

At ruffly noon Dom, Letty, Mia, Leon, Mercy, Jesse and Vince all left to the middle of nowhere.

Mercy and Dom we're racing. This was going to he good. Mercy was in her Porsche and Dom in his red Mazda.

Mia stood in between the two cars both revved their engine. Mercy looked at Dom before focusing on Mia.

Just as Mia's hands hit the ground both cars were off. Secretly Mercy wanted this but her mind told her no.

She wanted to throw the race. Her and Dom we're both great drivers but she taught him a lot of tricks he knew.

So it would be close if she didn't let him win. At that moment when they got halfway she felt like time froze.

Glancing at Dom she decided to ride it out. He deserved more than a thrown race. So as soon as he turned on his Noz she waited and hit hers. Their cars were side by side.

She just realized how far he's gone the amount of closeness they were was crazy. But his car barely got in front of hers when they crossed the finish line.

When she got out and he did they both smirked."Wow I have never seen someone almost beat Dom."

Vince says impressed.Mercy laughed and patted Dom on his shoulder."I taught him a lot of tricks during high school so I know them."

Mercy says again laughing. Dom simply smiles."She is the only one who could beat me in a race to this day."

Letty walked over. "You know if Mercy starts winning I might have to greet her with a kiss instead." Letty teases.

Dom chuckles."I don't think she would be opposed to that." Mercy simply looked away.

"Come on let's go home im hungry." Vince wines."Your always hungry." Letty wines back mocking him.

The drive back was fun but when they got home it was even better.

Mercy left early to pack up Leon and Vince going to help her. It took an hour everything she had in only four boxes.

They got back and she unpacked in the guest room. It was ten when she went to bed. She woke up at one am.

She crept downstairs and poured herself some water. Looking out of the kitchen window she sighed.

That's when she felt a hand on her shoulder.
