Arabella Campbell
"Come on, once in a while eat breakfast."
Grumbled Julien. Julien wasn't known as a morning person, Arabella knows that and so does Eileen. This specific morning, Julien wasn't in the best mood not only because she woke up early but because of how she was woken up.Arabella and Eileen had tried for the past hour to wake Julien up, they knew they had no choice but to do so. It was either struggle with waking her up or face the wrath of Julien Barden, both Arabella and Eileen had been on the receiving end of her anger, and it was safe to say none of them wanted to see even a glimpse of it again. It seems though, they will face it this time either way. Arabella and Eileen decided to pour ice-cold water on the peacefully sleeping Julien with 30 minutes left to breakfast, that was the last resort for the pair.
Now Julien had a tight hold on Arabella's forearm, dragging her to the great hall instead of letting her execute her usual morning routine of visiting the Forrest for a freshening up.
"Why are you even annoyed by this."
Arabella asked with a huff, wanting nothing more than to go into the woods."Because! You never eat breakfast! And you shouldn't take, 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day' as a joke!"
She exclaimed, the last push for Arabella to sigh and let herself be dragged to eat. Julien was always a strictler when it came to her friends' well-being. Eileen meanwhile, watched them as if watching a comedy movie."And besides, at least you get to spend time with the bestest friends in the world."
Persuaded Eileen with a huge smile.I seem to be in the middle of a storm and a perfect sunny day right now.
The huge open wooden doors of the great hall came into sight, the tables were already packed with students who were chatting, laughing, and sometimes even shouting.
"Fine, but I better be allowed out after classes. I won't... help you guys.."
Arabella's volume decreased the more words she said, a sign of shock, shock from the peculiar bouquet floating midair, descending slowly towards Arabella. She was in awe of the pink Ranunculuses that she had to catch the bouquet in the shortfall. Her eyes lingered over the bouquet, noting the perfect pink color of the flowers. Her finger brushed over the top of one of the flowers, feeling the textured surface of the petal, not too crisp and not too soft. Arabella was in awe because of both the bouquet and the state the bouquet was in.
As she observed the bouquet, she felt a swirl of emotions brewing in her. One too many to feel just by receiving a bouquet. Shock, awe, Endearment, slight embarrassment, each emotion only fueled her to search for this mysterious person.
In an attempt to catch the culprit red-handed, Arabella looked around but it was like searching for a safety pin in a bowl of needles. Too many people were holding their wands, pointing it to where Arabella was or pointing it nowhere near Arabella, even one of the teachers were holding their wands, she hoped this was none of the teachers' doing if so she considered asking her father to move to America.
"It's your secret admirer again!"
Exclaimed Eileen. She took a step closer to observe the bouquet. The colors were all shades of pink, from hot pink to baby pink with a few white ones."What does it mean?"
Asked Julien. She too looked around as well to see the possible culprit."It means.. it means two things. One, "you entice me with your charms" or two, "I have a crush on you."
A small smile made its way to her lips verbally reciting the meaning of the flowers her secret admirer sent only made her grin like a child receiving a gift for Christmas.
