Arabella Campbell
"So you have anything planned today?"
Julien questioned. Both Arabella and Julien sat in the common room, a chess board infront of them."Yeah, Remus wanted to spend time with me today so I'm doing that."
Arabella informed, eyes not parting the chess board as she thought of a move."Boo."
Julien complained."What?"
Arabella asked as she now transfered the knight to a different position."You know, it feels like both my best friends are in a relationship. Leaving no time for poor old Julien."
Julien's move was quick. Almost as if it had been planned and she expected to take Arabella's bishop."I just feel like I should be there for Remus. You know, with all the-"
"Yes yes, the split up. Make your move already woman."
With a sigh, she made her move which was an immediate regret when Julien made her move."Checkmate! Damn, Ara. You still suck at chess."
Julien teased earning a laugh from Arabella."Right and because of that I'm leaving."
"Noo! I'm sorry, okay I'll let you win in the next round."
Pleaded Julien, hand clasping together."Wow you really are desperate. I'm sorry but me and Remus planned to meetup at this time. If you want you could come with me."
"Ew no, I'd rather be alone than stand in between the 'oh you're so amazing' talk."
Julien couldn't help but grimace as she started arranging the chess board."Fine it's your lost."
And with that, Arabella headed out the common room."Hey, Lockhart, you know how to play chess?"
"Of course! I'm the best at chess. They call me Chess King back at home you know."

"Hey Belle." Remus greeted. He gave Arabella a brief hug, a hug she returned before eyeing what was infront of them.
"Wow... I didn't think there'll be a picnic, I would've brought food too."
She commented"Well, then it wouldn't be a surprise, would it?"
A chuckle was what Remus received before Arabella sat down on the picnic blanket, to be followed by Remus. The cold of winter embraced the two as they sat by the frozen Black Lake.Arabella had assumed Remus placed a warning spell on the blanket because once she sat down any cold feeling throughout her body was immediately gone but was instead replaced with warmth.
"Ooh, you brought strawberries!"
Arabella had always loved strawberries, it reminded her of her families small strawberry farm in her old house."You bought a book too! 'The old man and the sea' I've never read that before."
She informed as she held the small book in her hands and eyed it."You can read it. I'll be fine with that."
"Well, don't you think it'll be dull to read a book in the time we're supposed to spend together?"
Arabella commented earning a confused furrowed brow from Remus as he put a strawberry in his mouth."Read it to me."
Immediately, Remus went into a state of surprise. So much that he had choked on his strawberry. Swiftly, Arabelle handed him the bottle of water, disliking the thought of Remus choking to death."I don't think I should... Am I really the best choice?"
He asked as soon as his breathing was clear."I do like your reading voice. Please Remus?"
She pleaded, elongating the 'please' a bit.
