Matt has been in Rome for the past few days and i've taken it upon myself to get familiar with the members of staff who work here. He was telling the truth when he said he does many things themselves as not many people do actually work here.
I make my way through the house, while my mind flips between Matteo wondering what he is doing while he is in Rome. Most importantly I wonder if he's safe.
"Gianna."I hear a voice as I walk out of my bedroom. The famillaie voice makes me realise that Alessia is here, I reach the stairs and she is stood at the bottom.
"Hey pretty" she squeals as I walk down the stairs into the main entrance. "My idiot brother left me his credit card. So you know what that means?" She asks and i look at her.
"That Matteo doesn't have his card." I ask and she chuckles shaking her head.
"No that we can go shopping." She grabs my hand pulling me towards the door.
"Sia I don't know. This doesn't feel right." I explain and she shakes her head closing the door behind us.
"Nonsense. I do this all the time." She explains making me chuckle. "Do you like my new car."
"You bought a car with his money." My eyes widen realising this really is a bad idea.
"No silly. Daddy bought me it." She laughs climbing into the drivers side of her new black Lamborghini. I hesitate however climb in after her on the passenger side. The cat screams Sia. There is pink leather they seats outlined with black as well as jewels accenting the car everywhere.
I twist my body plugging in my seat belt as she turns the key making the engine rawer to life. She chuckles at the sound and I sit back as we look around the car.
"Do you think he'll ever let me have my phone back." I ask Sia and she shrugs her shoulders while focusing on the road.
"My brother is a complicated man. Trust is not something he gives away lightly, a phone is a big deal. you can talk to people behind his back, make connections to leave." Sia says with slight pain in her voice and I frown thinking what has happened to them.
I shake my head while turning to her, "I know there is something bigger going on but I will choice to stay out of it if that is what Matteo wishes. But I feel like a lost sheep, like i'm looking for my place to belong. You all have it figured out and i'm quite literally stumbling through my life." I chuckle thinking of the numerous times i've fallen this week.
"you'll find with Matteo the less you know the better. honestly. that man is a mind fuck." she laughs as we continue driving. The rest of the drive is in silence, small subtle comments between one another but apart from that the comfortable silence fills the car.
We shortly arrive to the shopping centre and quickly climb out the car. "We're going to have so much fun" she chuckles linking out arms together.
I smile at her as we walk into the mall. We walk around for a while just browsing, Sia buys a few dresses as well as shoes until she drags me into a shop called 'Victoria secret'. "So Enzo said you have a brother. What was he like?" she ask browsing through a few bras.
