It was an ordinary afternoon in the jade palace. after having finished training, the five, minus Tigress, had gone down to the valley to shop, while Po prepared dinner for when they got back.
Tigress having nothing to do decided to just sit in the kitchen and talk with Po while he cooked.
Though it would be shocking to see this when they had first met, Tigress had long ago became best friends with the Panda, so normal conversation with him was nothing new.
As he cooked they had talked about all sorts of things, from kung fu, to cooking, even some what of their past, something Tigress only felt comfortable talking about around him.
Every conversation was something new, and this one had drifted to what their favorite food was...
"Easy dumplings!" Said Po, pointing to the steamer heating the dumplings.
Tigress smirked,"Im surprised you don't have a whole list." She said jokingly earning an unamused look from Po.
"How about you? What is your favorite food?" He said ignoring her comment.
"Tofu." She said simply looking at Po who held a face of disgust.
"What?" She asked.
"Really tofu? Thats your favorite food?" He asked as he checked on the dumplings.
"Yeah... whats wrong with tofu?" She questioned.
Po scoffed,"A lot of things, its gross, its bland, and it doesn't fill you up." He said patting his belly.
"But doesn't you dad make tofu?" She asked him.
"That's different, he makes it correctly." Po told her.
She rolled her eyes with a small smile,"fine if you don't accept tofu then I guess my favorite food is also dumplings."
Po's face seemed to instantly light up, making Tigress chuckle. "Great! Because I just finished them!" He said holding a bowl of steaming dumplings. "we can share these." He said with a smile.
He set the bowl on the table and sat down in front of her, grabbing a dumpling and eating it.
While chewing he grabs another and hands it to her, which she gladly accepted.
As they began to eat they sat in a comfortable silence, well almost silence because Po had started chewing loudly.
"Ugh... Po!" Tigress spoke out annoyed.
"Hmm?" He responded with a mouth full of dumplings.
"Can you please stop chewing so loud." She asked while grabbing another dumpling.
"Sorry." He said having finished chewing.
As Tigress finished hers they both reached to the bowl only to feel the others paw.
Looking at the direction of their paws they realized only one dumpling remained.
They both made eye contact with eachother, when Tigress for seemingly no reason, smirked victoriously. Po confused, looked down to see the dumpling now missing from the bowl.
Looking back up he saw Tigress still smirking shaking the last dumpling in her paw tauntingly.
But before she could eat it Po hit the bottom of her paw causing her to accidentally toss it in the air, landing in Po's paw, who now held his own victorious smirk.
Tigress smiled playfully as she got into a fighting stance. Po quickly tried to eat the dumpling but Tigress was able to trip him over causing him to throw it in the air. She quickly grabbed it but before she could do anything Po pulled her to the floor with him, snatching the dumpling from her paw.
He quickly tried to crawl away but before he could get far, Tigress leaped on his back and quickly reached for Po's now outstretched paw.
She soon found herself laughing as she kept reaching for the dumpling, while Po held her back with one paw.
They kept fighting for the dumpling until both were out of breath, having reached a truce both were standing a few feet apart breathing heavily.
"Split it?" Po asked tiredly.
Tigress chuckled,"Sure."
Po split it in half and handed her the other half.
As Po chomped down on his half, Tigress only looked at hers before handing it back to him.
"Here, you have it." She said with a smile
"Thanks." He said grabbing it, Tigress turned away when she heard,"but this is yours." She turned back to him confused when he simply put the dumpling in her mouth.
Unable to protest she simply chewed the dumpling.
And glared at Po with her arms crossed.
Swallowing the dumpling she told him.
"Do that again and I will kill you." She said before smirking.
He chuckled while saying,"Well you fought for it so you should get it."
As he looked out the window he saw the sun setting and began to panic.
Tigress seeing this became concerned and walked up too him,"Po whats wrong?!" She asked him.
"The rest of the five is on their way, and we kinda just ate the dinner."
"Oh..."

Sorry this took so long, and that this is short, but I have been kind of having a writer's block lately.
No need to worry I have decided to brainstorm some topics and had came up with some ideas to write!
