She didn't know what was worst. The fact that she had to jump into a waterfall, the fact that she is now drenched in water, or the fact that her Panda ally wouldn't stop babbling about it.
"Why do cats hate water so much?" He asked as he brushed his paw through his own fur.
"I personally don't see a problem with it." he said as he watched water drip off his fur.
"Well you don't really have a problem with anything." She said annoyed.
She tried to shake off the water only to be disappointed in her inability to do so.
"Ugh!" She groaned loudly as she kept marching forward,"I can't wait to dry myself off when we get back to the palace." She muttered.
"Well I don't think we will make it to the palace today." Po told her as he looked to the sky.
Looking to the sun she saw that it was now reaching nighttime as the sun was setting. She grumbled.
"Of course."
Turning to Po who was still looking to the sun with a smile she couldn't help but realize how different he looked.
Thanks to the water his fur was now matted down and you can see that he had lost several pounds from all the training, as well as all the muscles he had gained on the way. The water combined with the sunlight made him glow a light orange color that had Tigress hypnotized.
"Uh... Tigress?" Po said snapping her out of her day dream.
"You ok? You were very silent for a bit."
Tigress felt her face grow hot as she quickly dismissed it,"Y-Yeah Im fine, I'm just trying to think of somewhere we can set up camp."
After several hours they had found a cave to stay in and had set up a fire. Tigress only sat by the fire to warm up as Po reentered the cave.
"The forest out there surprisingly has a lot of fruit!" He said munching on an apple.
He walked up to her and handed her several fruits to eat.
"Thanks..." she said quietly as she stared at the fire.
Po looked at her concerned but decided to leave her be to give her some space. (and to eat...)Tigress was lost in her thoughts. She was thinking of someone important to her and it was painfully obvious who it was.
Po...
Suddenly it began to rain.
"Woah its already pouring hard out there, lets hope its not a bad storm." Po said turning to her.
Tigress looked out the cave and nodded.
"I think even if it did we would be fine."Po agreed,"Yeah... probably."
Though on the outside Tigress wasn't bothered by the rain, the inside was because it reminded her of todays events.
Her and Po were sent on a mission to go to a mountain which had been said to house a group of evildoers.
Originally Po was supposed to go by himself, but something in Tigress told her she should go with him, to keep him safe. So she didn't hesitate to volunteer as a tag along.
And after chatting on the road through the mountains steep paths they were suddenly ambushed by the bandits up there.
Reacting quickly they immediately started fighting the bandits off and were doing good when something unexpected happened.
While fighting one of the bandits grabbed a bow and arrow. Lightning his arrow on fire he aimed it for the dragon warrior and fired. Thanks to training Po was able to spot the arrow and quickly deflect it sending it flying in the air, just for it to land in their powder keg supply.
