Astrid didn't leave the Stockholm police station until closing hours of the afternoon. She was released from the interview room under the permission of the Queen, and was forced to stand by August while the two filled out their paperwork. Flashing camera lights and blinding setting sun rays pierced through the station windows, and it was all the motivation Astrid needed.

The Queen came to collect both Astrid and August, planning on making good on her intention of making the two teens appear if they were together. She waited patiently as they signed their paperwork. During this time, August decided to poke the bear.

"I always knew something like this would happen," He whispered, as Astrid continued to sign. "You and Wilhelm, you and me. It was inevitable". He almost sounded pleased about the whole situation.

Without looking up from her paperwork, Astrid stuck her left hand in August's face, the silver ring gleaming as it caught one of the sun's rays. "See this?" She asked, as she wrote her final signature, "It's called an engagement ring, August. Because I'm already engaged. To a girl," She took great pleasure in pissing off August; his shocked and almost horrified expression was worth all the drama. "Now, if you'll kindly excuse me, I must be getting back to my bride to be. Laters, asshole".

"But we are supposed to leave together!" August called, as Astrid made a beeline for the back door. She didn't hesitate to shove it open, sticking the finger up at August as she disappeared into the outside world.

Astrid sometimes questioned her life choices, and how she managed to get herself in such awkward situations on a weekly basis. Mr Englund held a tutoring class after normal classes had finished on a Monday afternoon, and Astrid needed to get Wilhelm out of there, while also not being seen. She had no idea how she was going to do it.

She considered her options. Phones were out; Englund had a strict no mobile phone policy in his class, even during tutoring lessons. A distraction could work, but Astrid would need to divert everyone's attention while still holding Wilhelm's.

It was starting to seem impossible.

Mr Englund's classroom had two doors, one on each side. Astrid moved towards the end of the classroom, where the second door stood, when she felt a come down onto her shoulder.

She jumped, spinning around on her heels and landing on her ass to find August standing above her. He crouched down in front of her, a smirk on his face. "You hiding because you skipped Englund class today?" He asked, as Astrid caught her breath. She was plastered against the wall now, her hands pressed against the floor with her legs up to her chest. "I think being arrested is a reasonable excuse for missing class".

Astrid was too infuriated to reply. She contemplated her options. One; speak to August like a reasonable human being and try to convince him that the wedding is a bad idea. Two; punch the motherfucker in the head to get her point across.

Astrid wasn't one for subtlety.

As August collapsed onto the ground in pain, his hands grasping for his face, Astrid jumped up and took off down the corridor at a run. The students from Mr Englund gathered at the door to see their one reigning king of the school with a bleeding nose on the ground. Astrid could hear snickers as she turned the corner swiftly.

Wilhelm and Simon had raced to the second door in Englund's classroom, huddling together as the boys at the first door howled with laughter. Madison, Felice and Sara stood beside the two boys, all wearing thankful smiles. "She got out," Simon said, watching as Astrid bolted off down the corridor.

"Of course she did," Wilhelm said knowingly, "It's Astrid".

"We going after her?" Felice asked, as both Wilhelm and Madison looked for where Englund was. Of course, he was crouched down by August, talking him through what just happened.

Without warning, Wilhelm slipped over the threshold of the classroom and ran off in the opposite direction that Astrid did. Simon followed swiftly after him, Felice, Madison and Sara sneaking out while giggling.

Wilhelm was unsure what to expect from Astrid when he saw her last. He assumed it had something to do with August's return.

Whatever it was, he knew it wasn't going to be good.
