"She had a lot of internal bleeding and 3 broken ribs I believe that she is a long term victim of domestic abuse. She had a bunch of bruises and swelling all over her body. She also had the letters S-I-D carved in her side. After we took the baby out she flat lined but we got her back stable. The baby was born premature and has a heart defect that will require surgery."
"Oh my god!" I said beginning to cry
"Can we see them?" Smoke asked
"Yes but 2 at a time"
"Come on Smoke" I said wiping my face
He lead us into the NiCu first. He led us to a baby and it had a small blue hat
"Awwweee he's so wittle" I said
"You a grandmuva now" Smoke said laughing
"Technically your a grandfava. Mr god fava" I said
"Hiii baby. I'm too young to be a grandma so you can just call me mom number two or something" I said to him
We spent a couple more minutes with the baby before going to see Saige. We walked in the room and I ran towards her bed.
"Mommyyyy Smokeeeee" she said with a raspy voice
"Heyy bug."Smoke said
"P-please don't leave me." She said as she began to cry
"We're not gonna leave you Pooh, I promise. I'm gonna stay here everyday with you and then you and the baby are gonna come home with me" I said
"Is it a b-boy or girl?" She asked
"It's a boy"
"Ima be right back bug. Ima go get everybody else" Smoke said and walked out
"I'm n-not ready. I didn't wanna have a baby and he made me do it" she said
"Shhhshhh. It's okay. We'll figure everything out later. I'm staying with you forever" I said putting my forehead on her head
"I been getting beat almost everyday and he almost killed me and my baby this time"
My worst fear was her finding somebody like Louis but she found someone worse
A couple minutes later everybody else came in.
"Wassam Twin" Zy said sitting at the edge of her bed
I told all the adults to leave I put the room and we went to the waiting area.
"Look I really don't wanna go back to old Tootie but it's looking like I have too" I said
"This nigga violated my goddaughter and put his name on her body. I'm blow this nigga up" Smoke said
