Before Percy/Kadri knew it, he was teleported to a familiar, dark place.

He widened his eyes and he looked around, feeling the grip of his father disappearing.

"Is this the old base?" Kadri asked as he walked towards the training weapons which were covered with dust and cobwebs "Wow, this brings back memories"

Kadri didn't hear a reply as he ran his fingers over a sword handle, dust covering the tip of his singular finger. Kadri felt a sense of home here...but he also had a strange feeling in his stomach, making him feel nauseous.

He didn't want to think about that, his focus drawn upon his father, who was unusually quiet.

"Father, why did you bring me here?" Kadri asked, "I know it wasn't for a casual hello? Even though quiet frankly, that was due a while ago but I understand with working with the Olympians now that-"

Kadri paused mid sentence as he walked over to his father, who looked to have guilt on his face.

Kadri felt a urge of annoyance; he did not like being ignored when it seems to be a serious situation.

"Why would I know about the topic but no one else does?" Kadri demanded, suddenly raising his tone, surprising Kronos "If it's something about Poseidon? Or about mum? Or is it about Nyx's-"

Kadri paused as he noticed a slight reaction out of his father, who now had turned away from him.

"This is about the necklaces isn't it?" Kadri asked softly "The ones that Nyx gave us...do you still have them?"

Kronos nodded and reached into his trench coat pocket.

After a couple of seconds of rattling, out came familiar necklaces with crystals on them.

Topaz, Garnet, Aquamarine and Carnelian.

All of them were glowing dully.

Kadri widened his eyes as he went to reach out of them but Kronos clamped his hands and put it out of Percy's reach, confusing Kadri slightly.

"Why and how do you have them?" Kadri asked as his nauseating feeling got worse "I-I thought they were destroyed?"

"Nyx thought it would be best to keep them hidden and safe and I am glad she did and we did not destroy them in the end" Kronos said, still looking away from his son.

Kronos adjusted himself so he was facing the wall of the weapons, where Kadri was standing before.

"What are you talking about?" Kadri asked as one of his arms went to his stomach, in some hope hugging his stomach would make the pain go away, "They're simple necklaces right?"

Kronos stayed silent, making Kadri narrow his eyes as he tried to straighten his slouching posture.

"Or was Nyx's warning true? Is there something more to them than we all realised?" Kadri asked "What did he do?"

Kronos sighed.

"So Nyx has spoken to you already?" Kronos asked, making Kadri sigh, frustrated.

His confusion mixed with pain and anger is not a good mix.

He is struggling to sit up properly and he doesn't know why, he was perfectly fine before.

"Yeah, but barely!" Kadri expressed "It was interrupted by him"

Kronos hummed in response.

"But it was enough for me to know something is going on" Kadri stated "What is it about these necklaces that have gotten you two so worried?"
