Chapter 11- I never gave upon you

[Time skip: Weeks later]

"Taehyung let's end this, I can't do it"

"Why? Is everything okay? Did I do something wrong? " Taehyung asked with concern 

"You did nothing wrong. I don't want a relationship which just involves the bed and getting naked, I-I Can't! " I replied trying my best not to cry

"Y/n-n, Please... If I did anything wrong, I'm sorry then but don't do-o this" Taehyung replied while a tear rolled down his eye. It hurts seeing him like this but it was better than my current state. I know he will never love me back. Yes, I fell in love with him during this time but he'll never love me back! It is better than getting hurt by him

"I'm sorry Taehyung..."

[Time skip: 3 months later]

Nothing has been the same ever since. We were back to our original self. Me to my introvert side while Taehyung back in his fuckboy and cold nature. I told Ji-ah everything since I didn't like hiding things from her and she comforted me and gladly accepted my decision. She tried her best to keep me and Taehyung away from meeting each other and that's exactly what happened

"HWANG JI-AH! I told you 100 times I don't want to go to that stupid trip! I always get into trouble after following your decisions!" I yelled at her

"Yah! Whose decisions you're calling stupid huh? You're coming with me for the Jeju island trip and it's final! C'mon! Both the seniors and juniors are going together for the first time" Ji-ah spoke

"That's why I don't want to go! First following your idea of opening Tinder account and then Jeju Island! No way I'm going!" I replied 

"Please Y/n! Please?" She said with doe eyes

"AH! Not those eyes again please" I yelled but she kept giving me that look

"Fine! But you're doing dishes for the rest of the month!" I said while she started jumping around. This week's going to be a hard one for me.

[Time skip: Next morning, University Campus]

I was about to throw up seeing Ji-ah and Seokjin clinging onto each other and continuously kissing each other cause they are going in different busses 

"Stop! It makes me wanna throw up" I finally said making a disgusted face

"Admit it! You're jealous cause you're single" Seokjin said mocking me

"Jealous my foot" I mumbled as I got busy in my phone. Soon the buses arrived. The seniors in separate busses same with the juniors. Boarding the bus, I took a seat at the back while Ji-ah sat next to me. I expected the ride to be quiet but no! It seemed like half of the bus was at the backseats. Plugging in my earphones, while listening to a calm song, I drifted into dreamland. Ji-ah on the other hand, with her extrovert nature, got we with others

[Time skip: Jeju Island] 

Getting off the bus, I stretched my hands after sleeping for 3 hours. The warm ocean breeze made some strands of hairs fall on my face, I could smell salt in the air but all the warmness was soon washed away when I saw Ji-ah and Seokjin hugging each other like they met after 3 years making me almost throw up

"Y/n, you okay? You look pale" I heard someone say. Turning around I found Sun-oh

"I'm okay"

"Y/n, it isn't you fault that we lost the dance competition. We both had problem in timings, don't blame yourself. It's both of ours fault" He comforted me while I just nodded. Yes, we lost the dance competition too. Why? Because I already lost something too close to me. I gave him a faint smile which soon disappeared when I saw Taehyung getting off the bus

The moment our eyes met, I looked away but he kept looking at me. His eyes said that they wanted answers. But this was the only way to run away from my feelings because I'm sure he'll never love me back. Without uttering any word, I stood behind Ji-ah. Ji-ah turned around to find my expressionless face, looking around she found Taehyung starring at me. Signaling Seokjin about the situation, he went and took Taehyung along with him to his group while Ji-ah gave me company. We walked up to the lobby of the hotel where everyone was gathered

"Students! May I have your attention! Four person will be sharing each room. Two juniors and two seniors since there aren't much rooms left. The teachers will be on the 5th floor while the students will be on the 3rd and 4th floor, is that okay?" Our principal asked as everyone started cheering. 

".... Hwang Ji-ah, Park Y/n, Kim Seokjin and Kim Taehyung will be sharing a room" The teacher announced as both Ji-ah and Seokjin took a glance at both me and Taehyung. What could be better than this to spoil my mood? Few people were unbothered except for some girl glaring at me cause they think me and Taehyung had something going on between us

Entering the room, it was quiet spacious to occupy four of us. Two bathroom with four separate bed and a balcony. I didn't speak a word after that

"Y/n, I'll take the bed next to you okay?" Ji-ah asked while I nodded 

There was silence in the room. Just the sound of opening and closing of bag. No one dared to speak a word. I could feel someone's gaze on me and I knew who it was. We heard a knock on our door when someone said from outside,

"The teachers wants us to get ready and meet at the pool"

"Y/n let's go!" Ji-ah said excitedly 

"You know I can't swim right? If I go, you'll have to stay with me then how will you enjoy?"

"Y/n, let's go. You can stay with our members right?" Seokjin said

"Yes! What will you do all alone here?"

"Fine, I'll get changed" I replied to which Ji-ah started jumping around

[Time skip: Pool]

Changing into a black swimsuit, I followed Ji-ah towards the pool. Stepping in, I found people's gaze on me. Some of them were complementing me while some girls glaring at me cause their boyfriends were checking me out

"Y/n, let's go!" Ji-ah exclaimed 

"I'll just grab a drink, you can go swimming" I replied and she nodded and went to the pool along with Seokjin. Walking up to the table near the pool, I started to search for something to eat until I heard someone speak

"Look who's here. Miss Park Y/n" It was none other than Miso which made me roll my eyes

"She can't even swim and she's here to get into boys pants like she did with Taehyung oppa. I wonder what he saw in her that made him reject me. She's nothing but a slut" She exclaimed as her friends started to laugh drawing everyone's attention 

"You're seriously jobless aren't you? If you can't accept the fact that he rejected you, then move on. Why blame me?" I replied as the other students burst out laughing while I could smell Miso burning in rage. The next thing she did shocked everyone 

 She pushed me into the pool knowing I couldn't swim as the crowd gasped. I started struggling in the water in order to maintain balance but I was scared.
