Bonnie POV

The next time I woke up, I was in a field of grass with the sun beaming down on my face. It was peaceful. Sometimes, I wish I was human, so I could feel the warmth hitting my skin. I must've been out for a while with the amount of vervain that was in my system. I turned my head to see Nik getting dressed and Elijah waiting patiently.

I sigh before finally sitting up.

"Ah, the sleeping beauty finally awakens," Nik said sarcastically

"Hopefully not by your kiss." I joked

"You know you love my kisses." He said with a flirtatious smirk

I playfully roll my eyes before giving Elijah my attention.

"How long was I out?" I ask

"Two days, same as Niklaus."

"I remember everything. Every life I took, and it was exhilarating." He said

"You shifted back on your own a few times, but not until now have you gained back full consciousness. And as for the kills, I would know as I was the one cleaning up your mess."

I laugh because that sounds like something he'd do

"Now it's time to make up your end of the deal," Elijah said

I looked at Nik to see him smiling.

"I will show them to you soon enough, brother. Do not worry. But other things need to be dealt with first." Nik said, walking off

Elijah and I looked at each other before following after him

Ric's Apartment

We walk into the apartment to see Stefan and Caroline. 

I roll my eyes.

"You just keep popping up, don't you?" I ask in annoyance and anger

Stefan walks forward and says, "I need your help... for my brother."

I laugh, "Of course, you do."

"Well, whatever it is, he's gonna have to wait for a tick. You see, I have an obligation to my wife and brother that requires my immediate attention." Nik said with a smirk as he walked off into the back of the apartment

Elijah walks up to Stefan, "You understand how important family is, or you wouldn't be here. My brother promised Bonnie that we are to be reunited with our own."

"And that you will, brother," Nik said as he appeared behind Elijah and stabbed him in the heart with the dagger.
