I feel a heavy weight on my chest,
I want to speak but I can't breathe.
I'm drowning in my sorrows,
I'm full of regrets.
My emotions are weighing heavily on me.
Someone please help me.
I still cannot breathe.
My mind is blocked.
My heart is slowly giving up.
A burning sensation fills my chest.
My body is giving up on me.
I feel trapped.
Words cannot describe the intense pain that I feel.
Flashbacks begin to play like an old film.
The pain intensifies.
Someone please help me.
