Taehyung speak up first, "Jin do you want to-"

My phone start to ring. Joon is video calling.

"I will be back ...".

I picked up call. He is calling after so many days. He might have been calling me regarding my birthday. But that's tomorrow. May be he has some kind of surprise for me.

"Hiiiii Jin. Omg you have gotten more handsome"

"Hi Joon. You look way more handsome than me. Wow your voice now have American accent plus you changed your hair and dressing sense too. It's like I am looking at whole new Joon"

"Jin where are you? It doesn't look like your home"

"I am currently at my school. It's daytime here. FYI to pick your call I have to hide behind school building. Tell me what's going on in your life?".Its been so long.Gosh I missed looking at his face.

"Nothing out of ordinary.My whole life is just Netflix and Chill right now.Sometimes I go out with my friends here.Never mind. What about your audition? You said you were upset that you fought with someone"

"It's all good now. We sorted it out. Regarding audition we gave our demos to Jungkook hyung. So waiting for him to give us green signal for further round"

"Jungkook hyung? Hmmm. Jinnie do you have someone in your life?"

My cheeks are all red. Can't he see my love for him? Can't he see why I am skipping my class and talking to him instead ? I always put him first. Why he couldn't see it?

"No one.I-I am exploring the field", I lied. I want him to realize if he didn't say anything soon, I might end up with someone else.

"Oh Jin is now casanova type. Good you should always explore before committing anywhere.Ok I have to go, my friends are calling me. Talk to you later. Bye Jinnie".

"Bye"

So he doesn't remember my birthday.I don't think he is going to wish me tomorrow. What if no one remembered it??

I turned around and saw Taehyung leaning across wall with unreadable expression on his face.

"Um what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be in class? ".He always makes me flustered. May be it's time for me to move on from Joon.

"You just ran as soon as you saw call. I thought what if something serious happened. But it was your boyfriend call.And you received it even though you had to skip class for it.Well I wasted my time worrying about you. I am going back".

"I was talking to my friend. Not boyfriend. And here I thought you-
. Just leave I don't want to talk right now".He sighed heavily and went back to class.

What's with him? I never told him to follow me. And for a second I thought I should take chance with him. What a stupid thought. He is not quiet like Joon. He is very direct and very bold. His flirting sometimes mess with my head and makes me believe that he actually likes me.

Whatever no more sad Jin.

I went to Instagram and accepted Jungkook hyung request.

Jin: Sorry for late reply. I was kind of distracted.And to clarify I was looking through your profile to see what kind of leader you are.

Instantly I got reply..

Kook: I hope I passed your vibe check😉. Anyways you should be in class. Why are you messaging me right now?

Jin: Because I can 😌

Jin:Ahm just to clarify I am not flirting with you. This is friendly chat.

Kook: Ok friend go back to your class. By the way, I will post list of people who are selected in a bit with next round details. Just giving you heads up.

Jin: Thanks for heads up. Have a good day.

He is such a sweet and cool guy. Why there aren't more guys like him?

I went back to class. Where is Taehyung? Why he is not in class?

"Where were you? You never skipped class. Taehyung was also missing. Did you-"

"Jimin I was on call with Namjoon. Remember guy from US. He video called me just now. Ah yes one more thing Jungkook hyung texted me that he will post list of selected candidates on notice board with rules for next round".I don't want him to ask me more about Joon. His name only makes me feel hurt.

"Oh wow.I am excited and super nervous now. Let's checkout notice board after this class".His eyes are literally sparkling. His excitement and nervousness both are rubbing off on me. Well it's good thing I want to forget all this Namjoon bullshit.

As soon as class ended Jimin took my hand and dragged me toward notice board. I should message Taehyung about this. He was out of line initially but he needs to know about notice.I dropped quick message to him.

We are waiting from past 15 minutes.Still no update on board.

I saw Taehyung running toward us in full speed.

"Is it out?", he put his hand on his knees and tried to take breath.

"No but will be out soon. Oh Jungkook Hyung is coming here", Jimin squealed.
