"Vanitas may I ask something." Noe said clearing his throat, his purple eye look at the scene in front of him. Vanitas hummed, as he play your hair braiding them and twirling them.
You still wore the same attire as before, you were relax at Vanitas touching your hair. Your belongings had been confiscated, anxiety when they got your mask, make you really feel a bit uncomfortable without it but didn't show it, the moment you were placed within the cell, all you have to cover your eyes is your blindfold and the eyepatch.
"Can you explain, why we're behind bars??" He asked a bit irritated. "Mm...A very good question, my dear Noe." Vanitas said looking at Noe but still playing with your hair, but stop after wards as he side beside you he's knuckle lean to his face closing his eye as he explain what happened.
"About ten hours ago, you were poisoned by the Eglantine due to your absurd antics. Then you face-planted by the roadside. You've slept like a baby ever since nearly half a day to be exact. That about sums it u, you up to speed now?" "No, I'm not.." Noe said. "You don't hm?" Vanitas said sighed at him.
"You two did infiltrate the airship...but I just happened to be on the scene. Why did they arrest me too!?" Noe asked, you chuckle nervously "He told them you were partner's in crime, I try to stop him but he wont just listen." you finish with a sigh, "Moron!!" Vanitas shouted with a frown in his face.
"I see, thank you for trying mademoiselle Miku." Noe sighed then pat his pants pocket for his belonging.
"My wallets gone!" he said looked at you both in shock. "Yes, They confiscated all our possession." Vanitas said not caring one bit, while you are fidgeting your hand nervous somehow. "Naturally." you sigh making Vanitas really curious about your mood today.
"Huh...? The Book of Vanitas too?!" Noe asked in shock. "Of course." Vanitas replied in his normal tone(. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) "How can you two remain calm!?" Vanitas smirk, "What? did you want that book?" he locked gaze to Noe, as you look at him as well curious, standing up from your seat and look at the window.
"No! I only...only...My master merely requested that I assess it's true nature. "Assess, you say?" Vanitas said standing as well he was beside looking in the window, you decided to join in the conversation, "That's quite a vague way for your master to word it." you said crossing your arm as you gaze your eye's on Noe behind the blindfold.
"What on earth are you?" he asked out of nowhere, you raise a brow, "What do you mean, 'what'?" I asked, "How did you get the book of Vanitas? What is your connection to the vampire of the blue moon-" as he said those question, your lips form into thin line but good thing Vanitas cut him of, "Hang on Noe!" He said annoyed, approaching with a finger pointing at Noe as he stepped back every time Vanitas step forward.
"If you seek the book of Vanitas then you should join us. So why this stubborn refusal to help?" Vanitas questioned with an annoyed expression.
Noe's eye turn to dots as it hit him, "That' true!" he exclaimed. Vanitas turn pale "Jeez." he just said to Noe's comment. Noe thought back all that had happen just a few hours ago. Then it hit him again.
"I see I've got it Vanitas! Perhaps I simply don't like you that much, I like Mlle Miku more than you, she is kinder." he stated looking at Vanitas with a serious expression, as you behind the blindfold you are shock as you glance at Vanitas who still look pale, "What.." he mumbled, you heard what he said.
He quickly look at you with your betrayed expression he held, "Um...yes what should we do um?" Vanitas said awkwardly, as he walk toward you his bangs cover his face and burying his head in the crock of your neck, he held a cute expression making you smile and patted his head to comfort him, feeling his breath in to your neck.
Your ears twitch as the door to the cellar you are in opened suddenly. As you and Noe turned to look towards the door direction, a bodyguard stood there. "Out. We are unable to hold you here any longer." the guard said. He held out a letter, "This is an invitation from Count Orlok."

Vanitas stretches his arm over his head with a sigh as you three were walking. "They kept us longer than I thought they would, right chérie?" He moved next to you, sliding his hands to yours, "They did" you nodded agreed with a smile.
"As far as humans are concerned, you vampires are 'forgotten beings.' Now so vampire- related incident that occur on 'This side' have to be completely erased." said by Vanitas as he grab the letter from Noe hands.
Noe titled his head to the side a confuse expression from his face, "You mean they've hushed it up?" He asked. "Yes pretty much." you said, "The vampires probably arranged things with the human." Vanitas explained, 'Good in that case, I sure mlle Amelia is also-' Noe's thought was cut of by Vanitas, "Noe...This is an invitation from the count." He said swinging the slip paper around his finger.
"The count..?" Noe questioned, "He say to come to this address to collect our confiscated possession and the things we left on the airship." you said happiness on your tone. At the moment, realization hit him as he shouted his cat's name in worry, as he shouted his cat's name you also wonder about the cat you've been staring at it when you guys were in the top of the airship.
"Come with us, We'll take you there. He has out things too." Vanitas explained while gently pulled you along with him, removing your blindfold upwards and he put the eyepatch making you irk.
"Do you mean it !? That's great help...it's my first time in Paris, you know!" Noe explained.
"I see.." Vanitas commented while walking out the doors, he take glanced you from his shoulder as flowers flew in the sky. A slight of red hue in his cheeks as he look at you. Noe covered his face with his hand before gawking in amazement.
The view of bustling city, the cars going past and people going past them. A blush on Noe's face sparkle in his eyes as he stared at the city. Vanitas and you faces softened. You giggle letting go of your hands to Vanitas walk in backwards looking at Noe and Vanitas you smile at them both, "Welcome...to Paris, the city of flower." Making the two man slightly blush.

The three of you started walking to the Galerie Valentine, Vanitas and you hold hands again. You took a glances behind her at Noe making sure as it was his first time seeing the city, he began to get distracted, you let go of Vanitas to disappointed.
"Noe, please don't wonder off." You said as you reach to Noe's hand to stop him from wondering off, but a yelp escaped from your lips when you were pulled along, Noe pulled you to watch the clown watching him performer.
Vanitas noticed this an stomped over to where you two are, he pulled Noe by the collar while he held your hands as he pulled you along.
"This is it, The Galerie Valentine." Vanitas said wheezing trying to get his breath back after he and you chased after Noe.
"Why are you so tired Vanitas?" Noe asked innocently, you sweat drop at his question.
"Because somebody! kept disappearing the moment we took our eyes of him. What are you a child!?" he panted out, as you put your hands to his back rubbing it gently as he breath slowly. "We're here, Galerie Valentine." You said.
