This ability is similar to Toge Inumaki's cursed speech ability from Jujutsu Kaisen.
On the other hand, her pink eye doesn't possess any particular ability but rather serves as a symbol of her affiliation with the Pink Moon clan.
Miku's mask also plays a role in her abilities. It contains a hidden gem called the 'Pink Opal' placed in the middle, which is similar to the Blue Moon clan's grimoire. This gem glows when Miku seeks to find the Vampire of the Blue Moon/Grimoire.
